I ordered here a couple of times for delivery and pick up and everything went smooth. Customer service was good. Got these mini donuts for Mother’s Day and it was delicious. Even though it’s not like how it used to be back in the days I still prefer to go to Krispy Kreme for donuts. If you go early in the morning you’ll definitely see how it’s made and the earlier you go the fresher the donuts.

Love, love, love these donuts from the store front. They are delicious and they practically melt like butter in your mouth!! Super sweet young lady took my order. Awesome!

The inside of this place is hardly ever open, just some sign on the door. When you go to the drive-thru to try to place your order, you sure as hell better know every single donut that you want right then and there. Meaning, if you get a mixed dozen, they hate you from the minute you inform them of that. This place, like so many others, has gone to hell since the “pandemic” has essentially ruined the entire labor force..the workers seemingly hate customers anymore…

Great donuts, I kind of remember them being a little bigger though. The bakery next to Armando’s Restaurant in Mexican Town bakes a better donut, and it’s regular size (adult size).

Definitely need training to staff and the process. I waited over 30 minutes in drive thru and when I reached the window to order, I did not hear anybody on the mic so I continued to second window to order then they told me I had to pull back in line all over again to even be able to order. When I asked why, they mentioned it’s a policy. What kind of unintellegent process and moreover unkind people are in this location. Horrible service
