Was here first thing when they opened and let me tell ya it was delicious. Fresh baked donuts hot of the cooker and it was to die for. Family enjoyed them as we left town. Should’ve definitely gotten more, but there’s always next time!! Staff was on point and friendly especially at 5 AM in the morning!!!

The customer service was great, but the donut I ordered was probably the ugliest donut I’ve ever seen, and believe when I say I’ve seen a lot of donuts in my life. Although a women of my age should ask for a little more mature of a donut (if getting one at all) I still have a guilty pleasure of chocolate sprinkled donuts. This donut was just taken out of the bag once we had gotten out of the drive through. Despite its poor appearance, with its off shape, it had a chewy texture, and the frosting on top was sweet and melted. The added sprinkles were (as shown in the picture) minimum and patchy, but enjoyable when tasted.

Ask for creme filled and the ones i received was in the cream slot. Got home and they were apple filled.

i love shipleys but stop putting my donuts in paper bags what’s the point of buying a donut w icing w all of the icing is gonna be on the bag a said specifically put them in a box n they don’t listen now i got two donuts w no icing
