Wow, great Dunkin’!
Those concerned about COVID-19: This place is a death trap. It is 100% not the restaurant’s fault. On multiple occasions patrons in this area have no problem being six to twelve people deep in this extremely small shop. It’s definitely a trend that I don’t see stopping any time soon. People regularly hold doors open for each other, stand about a foot from each other, and today, some very-impatient person thumbed through my takeout order in order to check if it was their food that they just ordered at the register moments before. And here I am, the weirdo standing outside thinking that the crowd will dissipate, but it just got larger. Thankfully, they brought my food outside. Excellent service. Terrible, terrible patrons.

Ordered an iced green tea from this Dunkin this morning. Shortly after picking it up, I realized there was an ant at the bottom of my drink. I went back to explain and the employee made me a new drink. I then returned to work to notice YET ANOTHER ANT in my re-made drink. I went back to the store for the third time to explain this is a health department issue because they clearly have bugs in the tea or sweetener they are using. The lady seemed unphased and only solution was to make me a third drink. I will not be returning. That is disgusting.

Passable Dunkin. Food was good and hot, but the building is so small for how much business they do. While waiting, I had to keep dancing out of people’s way.

Drinks were good. Most of the good donuts were gone with no indication of when there would be more. The runner up donuts were dry. Restaurant was extremely busy, small and crowded with only a single accessible entrance, exit and no regulation of how many people could come in.

False advertising: I just went to this dunkin donuts and they have signs on the door and order board that medium latte are $3. I reviewed and ordered but was told this deal is only good after 2pm. Unfortunately no where on the sign states timeframe. Please update to prevent from confusing customer.

Very rude employees!!! I came at 6:45 am to buy my grandmother donuts for breakfast since she loves donuts with her coffee for breakfast. As I’m pickin my donuts the employee says ,” Can you please hurry up we are very busy this morning!” She didn’t even let me pick out my donuts and just put 6 donuts in the box and handed it to me! I wanted to just get my $ back but I did not disappoint my 93 yr old grandmother.

i spent money i got a breakfast sandwiches and coffee and just ask to the bathroom to wash my hand tbey refused what kind of business is that to refuse to customer to wash their hands at this pandemic season

I stopped here early morning to get a couple of coffees while running errands…The people who worked in the establishment were pleasant and professional, however the work flow could use some tweaking. The workers were all over the place trying to move as quickly as possible to get people in and out, but in doing so completely threw out who was doing what and caused a line to build both inside and outside in the rain. Also, it is a small space and there is no limit to how many people can be inside at once…. So customers had to decide for themselves when to enter, which caused some minor issues at the door because some people didn’t care about being squished together during covid which made some of the people already inside uncomfortable. See the problem here?

Very poor poor service!!!! Had no donuts. Every drink i asked for they had no idea what i was talking about when they are clearly listed on their web site!!!!!! Won’t go back there again. I am really considering to switch to SB because everytime i try to get a drink they are out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!$$$
