The Donut Pub Reviews

Heard great things about this place and decided to try! Specifically because they offered vegan donuts and had a sign outside that drew me in for that! My guests loved them and my other guests had their traditional donuts and enjoyed them. Very tasty and a nice clean shop! Really cool vibe and feel. Like an old diner or the 50s. The staff was nice and helpful to me and went above and beyond to make sure my stuff was packaged nice and the merch too. Really nice store and people. If you can have some sweets, and want a treat, definitely check out donut pub and treat yourself! They also have gluten free donuts! But I didn’t try those yet. Everything was tasty and delicious. (Also the vegan donuts didn’t taste yeasty! Said one friend which is a note I’d like to share)

There were a lot of varieties and i was spoilt for choice. Got the salted caramel chocolate covered croissant donut. Was covered with molten chocolate with a luscious salted caramel on top. It was not overly sweet like other donuts i have had, it was just perfect. Also the service was really good.

I discovered this gem while on my way to another spot.  I literally stood online for an hour at the other spot to get what’s known as the latest craze in croissants. LOL.  On my way back I decided to check this spot out and boy am I happy I did.  The minute I opened the door I was hit with the smell of fresh baked goods. It took me a few minutes to view the selection of assorted donuts.  Once I got a good look, I was able to decipher that some of the donuts can only be individually and others can be purchased boxed or individually. They also offer vegan options as well which I thought was cool.

I decided I’d purchased an assorted dozen to be boxed and a few of the specialty cronuts.  The dozen cost $30 with a tip and the cronuts were $5 each.
I felt the pricing was about right based on other donut shops in the city.

The space included a cute diner style counter you can sit and enjoy your selection at. And some tables along the other side.  It was a clean environment, and the staff was pleasant as well. The place wasn’t very big, but it also wasn’t crowded either.

The donuts were fresh, and I especially enjoyed the cronut versions.  They are worth every penny.

I will most certainly revisit to satisfy my sweet tooth. If your ever in the area, please stop by and give them a try.  They are all donut and no hype. LOL.

Side bar:  I didn’t even eat the other treat from the other spot.  I was that impressed I decided to not waist my pallet on it. LMAO

Thank me later. Your welcome…..

PS the bacon cronut was my favorite

Spectacular. Walked past on the way home from the gym and had to walk in (ridiculous I know). Brought a strawberry croissant donut, chocolate caramel croissant donut, and a smores croissant donut back to share with the roommates. The employee working kindly suggested these as some of the favorites after I asked for suggestions. Everyone loved all the donuts. I’m usually not one for chocolate glazed type donuts but this one tasted like it was dipped in chocolate. It was amazing. Literally the best donuts I have ever had. The employees were also very kind and helpful. Positive experience all around. I highly recommend. (Went to the other location around 2am last summer and the service wasn’t as great as this time but honestly it was 2am mid-COVID so I’m not caught up about it at all. With all this in mind I still give this place 5 stars without hesitation.)

Huge selection of doughnuts I got the s’mores and hubbs got the cannoli his was better, less sweet. We also got breakfast bagel sandwiches which were disappointing, basic bagel nothing special like real NY bagels, and no flavored spreads just plain cream cheese. The service was okay.

We accidentally stumbled into this, but it was just what we needed! Lots of great donut flavors, the ones we tried were more cake-y and Dunkin’-like than Krispy Kreme-like. Donuts were a bit too dry, but overall, cute spot with good service and decor.

Fresh donuts with classic and more unique options available. Loved the flaky croissant style donut! Quick service, friendly employees, and a super clean shop.

Selection was good but I can see they’ve had more interesting donuts in the past which was disappointing. The lemonade hit the spot since it was very hot out. The cream filling was my favorite part.

the donut shop was very cute and instagramable. there were accents of pink everywhere and the whole place was very pretty. the customer service was very quick and we got our donuts very fast. however, the donuts were stale and tasted a lot like dunkin. maybe it was because it was the end of the day? all of the donuts are made in the shop and there is a large variety. overall, good experience and very fun place to get donuts.

An actual pub but with donuts. I’ve tried all the donuts, they are all perfectly favored, my fav here is the glazed donut, just made to perfection. Will love to keep coming here.
