I stopped here after Thanksgiving and I regretted it. The quality of the dozen donuts I bought has gone down. They got smaller and they are not the perfect circle shape anymore and they felt firmer than normal, not the fluffiest I’m used to. They must be using lesser and cheaper quality ingredients because it just didnt taste right. We couldn’t even finish this dozen, that speaks volume. This has been a family tradition to get the donuts from here but that tradition has ended.

I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because on multiple occasions I’ve shown up for the Lit sign, Ordered and have had to wait 10-20 minutes for the Hot and Fresh Doughnuts. Staff kinda acts like they just don’t care. Overall its good but could use some happier staff.

Classic American doughnuts and coffee are served here. The Mandarin location in Jacksonville Florida has a drive up as well as dining room. Large selection of doughnuts to choose from as well seasonal specialties. Look for the red neon sign in the window to get hot, fresh glazed doughnuts “hot off the belt”. Kids alway love the paper doughnut maker hats too.

Went here to get 2 donuts. We ordered in drive thru at 4:56pm. Got to the window to pay at after 5pm and the sign said hot and fresh at that point. When we got our 2 donuts they were cold so we ask why and was told it was because we ordered them before the hot and fresh ones came out.

Folks I have to tell you I am in the middle of getting a job trying to which Krispy Kreme and they are so patient and so understanding I went in there and I met with one of the managers she was awesome and I spoke with the store manager he was awesome and they’re been really great working with me trying to get situated with your computers in the people they did they hire on employees and things they just been awesome and the customers were so was so excited about being there when I was sitting watching and the employees were still together everybody works at 1 and it was so awesome I have to tell you the Krispy Kreme on San Jose awesome do you know if you want to go to a great Krispy Kreme the one on San Jose is awesome not saying that all of them but the great people and they really patient and they understand with a customer needs and you know I give them a five stars because they’re awesome and they are just great all the way around the managers the employees kind Smiles respectable great people so check out the cream on San Jose check them all out they’re all great but this one I had an opportunity to see first-hand so keep me in prayer and luck with getting a job and hopefully it’ll come through

National Donut Day! Gave us any one we wanted! Had lots of staff for the crowd, cleaned tables as soon as they emptied. Staff was amazing under pressure, helpful, kind and pleasant! Thank you!!

They did not have the variety offered online, the clerk did not have idea about what I was asking for, when I asked for Cheesecake or Dulce de Leche Doughnuts, products offered at Krispy Krem website.
