The menu board in the drive thru showed this sandwich at $3.99 and they charged me $5.37. The manager and employee at the window said they were unable to print a receipt. They can however produce the incomplete receipt ticket placed on the bag. The Lady manager complained to me that I was holding up the line. The manager also would not refund the difference in price and said they couldn’t do anything about the menu board.
I’m not one to write negative reviews, but This might actually be the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. First off, we waited in line for over 20 minutes and we arrived to the front of the drive thru line to order I realized why, whoever was on the register is completely untrained.
They had to ask me to repeat my order 3 different times and still got it wrong. I ordered and cold brew coffee with oat milk and vanilla and I got a cold brew with caramel swirl. I paid extra for oat milk and had to go home and add my own oat milk. Save your money and avoid this location at all costs!!!!
Employee handling drive thru in the morning is very rude. Asked for specific donut, having ordered it before at same place and not getting what I asked for, told “this is what I asked for” when given wrong kind once again, would not take it back because “covid” (might be policy but way it was said was very rude, I didn’t want that donut and don’t appreciate having extra trash I didn’t even touch but grabbing my debit card that I actually touch all the time is ok). Don’t usually do reviews but shouldn’t be hassle to get donut i want at place with Donuts in its name
Worse experience ever! Had to go through drive thru since Lobby was closed. Was told, will be with you shortly. Then nothing, I had to ask if they can take our order. Drive up, had to ask for napkins and a straw. Then had to wait at least 10 min for a small cup of coffee. It is a coffee shop. Coffee should always be ready. When it was handed to me it was dripping down the side. I asked if cream and Splenda was added because it did not look like it. I was told yes. Number one lie. We pulled over and it was black. Had to go to the window again. Kid was walking by and I yelled hello. He kept walking. The girl finally came up to the window. There were there teenagers inside. The other male teenager had handed me the coffee and lied. I told the female that the order was wrong and I asked before taking the coffee. She tells me she can’t take it back because of covid. I touched it. She said she was going to give me the cream I told her the cup was full and no room to add the cream. She continued telling me she can’t take it back. Never had that issue when an order was wrong. Then she makes another one with the coffee dripping all over the cup. I left it. 4 pm Sat the 13th. HORRIBLE service! No wonder they are losing business. Will never go back!
Ordered in drive thru. Sausage egg and cheese croissant and omelet bites with coffee.
Coffee was good not great. The Sausage was no where to be found. The croissant was stale the egg was like glue. The omelet bites were unedible. So our breakfast was ruined. This location needs to be rebooted, from food and drinks to access in and out. I would avoid this location on south San Jose Blvd in Mandarin at all cost. You would be better off getting microwave food and drinks at a gas station. If I could give zero stars I would.
The line took about 20 min. I asked for 2 bacon egg and cheese on a wake up wrap one was sausage and cheese so they messed up on that part next I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel.. in the last picture is a croissant with egg and cheese nothing of what I asked for. Very unprofessional.
Decided to stop in this businesses eating area at 5 o’clock while I was getting my car worked on next door like Jimmy Buffett said it’s 5 o’clock somewhere but it’s definitely not a 5 o’clock coffee at this Dunkin’ Donuts location The dining area was closed an hour and a half before the closed hours on the business doors and windows. I can’t recommend this business at all during these times. how come you’re not open for customers money when instead you’re closed and only open to the drive-through.
I guess I can fabricate a cardboard box and suspenders over my shoulders and walk through the drive-through and pretend I was a car in order to get service at this location
The two staff members were very professional and polite. They were not able to complete the order but compensated for it. Went over and beyond. Great seeing young staff care about their jobs. 3:34 Sat. June 11th
Ordered this morning from the mobile app and they still made my drink wrong….. this location is one of the worst in Jacksonville… they always make drinks wrong… I complained about the splenda they would add when I asked for sugar a few months ago. They said the equipment was faulty… I said no you all added splenda because you weren’t listening… Splenda and sugar do not sound similar… and it would be printed on my tag…. Started to drive out of my way to another location and did that for a few months. I decided to give this location another chance only for them to mess it up again. I will never be back to this location…
Waited 10 minutes for our mobile order. Got it and it was wrong. Went back and they fixed it. But the bagel bites were over cooked, no cream cheese and cold! Will NEVER go back again!!
