Ordered online. Was supposed to get two of the same sandwich but one ended up on the whole bread not the plain bread bagel. Kind of disappointed. Split it with my daughter so we both didn’t get the FULL “gross bread” according to her. We each got a half of it. Lol! — The food was delicious besides the order mishap. We went and sat by the water for a picnic so we didn’t notice right away until we were eating. – I can’t even find my receipt. I’ve looked on the app and cannot locate it to verify my order.

Vast variety of bagel combinations. Welcoming/ knowledgeable staff. Excellent coffee (free refills if you dine in). They offer in and outdoor seating with order ahead pick up.

It pains me to say this bc Einstein Bros. bagels is a locally owned biz. My neighbor (from New York) bought a dozen assorted bagels to share with my wife (also from New York) and I. We sampled several bagels from the large assortment. Nothing could be further from the truth, these bagels in no way, shape or form resemble New York-style bagels. We threw the remaining bagels in the trash.

I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel and it was delicious. I can honestly say that no matter how many times I go there the sandwich is always on point!!!! The bagel is soft and fresh. And everything comes together perfectly. And there is always service with a smile

Iv lived here in riverside for years. I don’t understand why this place can’t get it together. It seems like every time I order they don’t have what I want. It always says unavailable. Okay I’m cool with that but what I’m not cool with is paying for food that’s beyond what it’s supposed to be. My twice baked hash browns were so hard I guess they baked to the sheet. I took pics. It won’t come off the paper. Not only did that happen I didn’t even get the correct Bagel I’m over it. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Excellent service! I had a systemic issue with the app (probably user error!) somehow payed for my order then canceled it. The manager, Beverly, caught it immediately and apologized profusely for the delay, but honestly, they prepared it so quickly that it was still less than regular wait time on a normal pick-up order somewhere else! This location is ALWAYS super expeditious!! Beverly and Layla (and a very nice gentleman) took a mishap (no fault of their own) and turned it into a great experience. I really appreciated all the extra effort.

I had a Garden Bagel (avocado, egg whites, spinach, tomatoe, and a tomatoes spread ADD bacon). It was delicious! To top it off… the Heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookie was delightful! I enjoyed my Cookie at Memorial Park….right across the street!

A great tip – buy the jalapeño bacon bagels and use them for hamburger buns. Always fresh and takes you burger to a new level. They are not just for breakfast.

The place is amazing! I love all type of bagels and the have my favorite with salmon and cream cheese!!! Never been here before and for sure i will come back
