Worst experience everytime. They can’t follow simple directions on how to make my coffee its never made with the right amount of cream/sugar. My coffee is always wrong. When I order through doordash my coffee is half empty and spilled and the last time I ordered there was an unknown (mucus textured) object in my drink. Never again!!

Not the case. But still transparency, great customer service and great products.

Update April/2022 Customer Service is great at this location. Very low lines. Very low waiting.

What a great and fresh experience! I guess this is a sign of things to come with a more modern, trendy and welcoming interior design 🙂 I didn’t see drive thru as an option so walked in and was delighted by the speedy, friendly service – better than my usual drive thru experience at other locations. #KeepRunnin

The lady was nice but I didnt like that at 830 I went to counter to get a small cappuccino and she told me that’s she shutting her machines down now. I was already in house enjoying a previous purchase. Miss when I use to come in the morning and how nice and helpful the crew is.

OMG. I have been going to this place for years. I get staffing is an issue but after the last 6 attempts to get served in the drive thru I just gave up on this location. The several times I have walked in is no better. They are grossly understaffed especially between 7am and 10am all week. Personally, if they limited drive thru orders to only a few items that would help or these obese girls from ordering 8 different latte in the drive thru with totally different flavors. For my office purchases I go a bit out of the way to the Dunkins on Gate parkway which seems to have a better experience that last few times.

This Dunkin’ on baymeadows is only missing a drive thru otherwise it’s really probably the best Dunkin’ I’ve gone too. They are on top of everything. Such a stark contrast to the other Dunkin’ on baymeadows

I’m not positive if this was the girls name but it’s the name on the receipt, Danas customer service was amazing! I ordered a medium iced latte and before she handed me the drink, she asked if I would like any whip cream or drizzle of whatever on it. I know that’s not a big deal but normally when I order iced lattes I’m never offered that and I really appreciated it because I actually prefer the whip cream and drizzle. The maple brown sugar sandwich was great as well, Great food/drink quality and great customer service!

It was okay. They should slow down a bit. They missed couple orders for people in front of me. They also go my order wrong.
