Did the buy a dozen get a dozen for a dollar deal. Donuts were decent. It was 11am on a Saturday and they were already out of a few of my favs, selection was lacking. Had to go inside and get my mobile order, they said drive thru wasn’t ready, wont be a Karen about it though. I enjoyed the donuts, was happy for the good deal and grandkids were happy.

I love krispy kreme but I don’t like this store. Second shift ordered coffee and a dozen in drive thru. I was advised to go park and they will bring it right out. Well no coffee after 15 minutes. I went back to the window no one there. We blew the horn. So when they finally came I wanted a refund. I never got neither and they took my money. It was suppose to go back on my card but never came.

Worse customer service pulled up to drivethru and the intercom was down The lady that was making donuts walk back-and-forth in front of the window and never stop to say someone will be with you so I sat at the window for a good 10 minutes then when I finally ordered half the donuts they didn’t have but I got charge for it so they had to give me back my money, very unpleasant experience from Krispy Kreme…. Even the manager had an attitude

I only gave one star because I had to in order to leave feedback. This location is horrible, I asked for four dozen donuts. I was told the only way that kind of order could be placed is via pre-order, and they could not do the order then and there. It sounds more like laziness. I only asked for four dozen , not a 10 dozen order which i could understand requiring needing a preorder. I went to the Cassat Krispy Kreme where I got that same order hot and ready! Needless to say I will not be coming back to the 103rd location. If you cannot sell donuts you should not be open.

Wen the lights on you can buy hot ready mage doughnuts they have many many flavors creme filled the best coffee fast great price the best doughnut around I highly recommend everyone to go there for doughnuts coffee fast friendly workers great prices some time they offer buy one get one you can eat them inside watch the doughnuts cook and be glazed hot and fresh yummy for all ages they have wheel chair parking they have drive thru to love there doughnuts

Who doesn’t love a glazed donut from this place? However order anything else off the menu particularly the coffee drinks be prepared to be disappointed and have to wait.

For some reason all the donuts looked smaller than normal, I went inside to see the selection ,not too stocked, but guess well blame that on covid. No sugar packs out. Bought a cinnamon roll, it was not fresh at all and really had no taste. for 2.50 what a waste. Wont choose that one again. I thought by heating it it would taste better no such luck. Store is suppose to open at 6 but never see the hot sign on.. And all you sell is donuts and beverages. Needless to say it takes forever in drive thru because of the slow receipt machine. I’m literally in and out of dunking donuts drive thru. UPDATE,went in Sept 6 around 330, glad I did I wish I had a pic because I couldn’t believe nothing was in the case,except minus that look like they were frosted by kids. No originals at all there was only about 10 creme filled. How can you be a donut store and not have any donuts,what are you doing all day.

Donuts were great, staff was nice… The floors were filthy. Homeless men came in half dressed requesting water. Homeless men loitering the front entrances when my daughter and I left. My newly potty trained child asked to use the bathroom, sign said “no public restroom” but allowed us to use it anyways…. SO GROSS. floor and seat COVERED in urine. I’ve never been so disgusted. Won’t be here again!,
