Great customer service. My iced caramel latte was perfect, and my sour cream donuts were delicious and fresh (best I’ve probably tasted)! Little wait time, received my order pretty quick even with there being a line. First time at this location, A+ experience for me overall, I’ll be back . Recommend✔

The menu says hummus toast with roasted tomatoes. When asking for the tomatoes they tried to charge me extra even though the menu says it comes with tomatoes. The avocado one had the option to add tomatoes for $1 but the hummus one was already more expensive because it includes the tomatoes according to the menu. Didn’t want to give me tomatoes without paying extra. False advertisement

Do not order hot food. Everything tastes like dish water. Absolutely the worst place in south end to grab a quick breakfast bite.

This Dunkin had great service! Employees were willing to customize accordingly and didn’t mind giving me another hot cup of coffee when I mentioned it was a bit cold. I tried their new peanut butter cup macchiato, and I’m definitely a fan.

Employees really make you feel welcome here. Don’t be fooled by the worn down appearance on the outside, this place had a perfect coffee and excellent sandwich and hash browns that were thoroughly cooked and hot. They had some great personalities working today! You should definitely give this place a shot.

Worst food and coffee ever. Really rude staff who forgot an item from my mobile order and just threw it at me as if it was my mistake. Hash browns were burnt too. Don’t use this location

You give out 1 star reviews when you have terrible experience. Looks like they don’t even know how the app/curbside works at this location… after waiting for 15 minutes in the car you have to go in and ask where your order is only to find out it’s seating inside! Terrible service.

I love their cold brew. And the egg and cheese English muffin is the perfect breakfast on the go. This location on South Blvd is fast and efficient and it’s so easy with their app. My only gripe is that if I order curbside service they have forgotten to bring it out in the past. I don’t do that unless I have my dogs in the car (it’s too hot to leave them in the car for any time as they are a brachiocephalic breed and overhead easily). But I get it – they’re busy and likely understaffed with the way things are now.
