Lol I’m not even mad at how laughable this is.
The kid had a face while “helping me”. The store was completely empty. I was pleasant and asked for one thing for my child. Paid almost $3 and got this. He gave it to me with a straight face. Uhm why are you guys even open. Such a shame. This location could me booming because of its location. What a waste.

Being an corporate employee of a international restaurant brand, I am embarrassed for this Dunkin franchisee at colony place in Charlotte. My wife ( with kids in tow) have repeatedly attempted to get afternoon doughnuts for special events, most recently yesterday, 5/23, for my sons Bday. 0 donuts at 4pm. 0… They offered a corn bread muffin and laughed at them. Then, manager gives no response to her call. All excuses were thrown at us for why, but it is systemic. Plan your food orders. Train. Don’t order to cheat customers and save on labor cost. Stop wasting our time. If we take our time to render our money to your business, show you want to earn our business. I know some great Dunkin operators, and I am sure your brand does not want this kind of service and experience for customers.

I like going here for the atmosphere. Love the location and the inside of it and to get a coffee and relax for a spell. Donuts are just OK .

So, I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for almost 4 months almost everyday and get a refill. Today I went there a bit later and the manager was there. She just told an employee to tell me that refills have to be on Dunkin Donuts cups and therefore they cannot sell me anymore refills. I will have to pay for a full coffee. So I think is better to loose a daily sale witch is $2.14 than gaining one for $1.61. Oh well time to change locations. Thanks manager for not telling your self and sending one of your employees just right beside you to tell me.

Great place to stop for coffee during the day. I wish they were open later in the evening as I like a good cup of coffee after dinner.

This location is consistent in only one aspect: they always close early. Hours say they’re open until 7:00pm? Don’t count on it. I’ve arrived anytime from 6:45 onward and the front door is always locked. It might be a blessing, as their customer service is garbage too. Thankfully, the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter isn’t far away.

I have been an avid DD fan for years. I always have the same coffee order and generally am pleased with the quality. Unfortunately this has not been my experience with this particular DD location. I have been visiting area and have stopped there multiple times and at different times of day and each time the coffee has tasted burnt. Disappointing.
