Love simple.eating done right… Dunking is always perfection for breakfast. I get the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a chocolate frosted donut and a coffee roll for my mom. Always tasty. The iced decaf was perfectly sweetened and creamy. My mom enjoyed her coffee too.

DON’T EAT IN HIDDEN VALLEY. This is a well known fact. This Dunkin is no exception.
There was something wrong with literally every item in my order, not including the items they forgot. This wasn’t entirely surprising, considering how incredibly high the staff were.

Went there for lunch today and just ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, when my order was brought to me they handed me my sandwich and a bag of hashbrowns, I told the employee that I didn’t order hashbrowns and he said, “I know, but you should have something to go with the sandwich”, then asked if I wanted a cup of water also!! Will definitely go back!!!

This is from the outside an establishment that advertises as being Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins. We had an appetite for some Baskin Robbins Ice Cream but when we stopped in and went inside, we were told they no longer were associated with that franchise even though the signage is still up. In fact, there are 2 in the area that still have the misleading signage up. Not good in these days when most want to drive through and be told that the items that they want are not available.

Let me start off by saying that all Dunkin Donut locations in Charlotte are pretty awful. They never hire enough people and they are generally slow. I got here at 7:45am and it took me about 15 minutes to get served… there were only 3 customers in front of me. They need to hire at least 4 more people for mornings.
—Update. Just went to this location again to get my office a bunch of Mini munchkins. They were dry and tasteless. Dunkin Donuts is really going down hill

The store manager is racist. I won’t use any names because for some reason my review wasn’t showing up when I initially wrote it and used her name. My sister worked there and the manager didn’t realize she was in a group chat while expressing her racist feelings towards my sister. I will be taking this matter to someone in a higher position because racial discrimination is not okay. I will attach a screenshot of the message sent in which the store manager says “I’m ready to get rid of all these n***ers” I’m very disappointed and if this person continues to manage this store then I see no reason to dine at any Dunkin Donuts ever again. And I will spread the word. If anyone knows the Franchise owner, please let me know so I can contact them!

The worst service ever! The cashier Babubhai D. Made my order completely wrong! I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they gave me an egg and cheese croissant. Then I asked for my free medium T-mobile ICED latte and the cashier insisted that my coupon was expired which it was not! But what’s $3.79+taxes, but hands me a cup with 3 cubes of ice and clearly HOT! Smh…. But to top it off the donut I order was crumbled up in a bag! I had my baby in the car so clearly I did not go inside! I wasted $8.52 and 15 mins of my time because it took for ever for them to take my order!

First time going since under new management and would honestly prefer the old management. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it appears they put it on and then scraped it back off. Probably will not visit again
