This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional Dunkin I have ever been to. I placed a $40 order for my family. I ordered two Carmel iced coffee and was giving a regular plan coffee and when I politely explained it was wrong the older women grabbed two small cups of Carmel followed with an aggressive “here you go”. On top of this there is clearly no effort in the food preparation, this picture is off burnt cheese in a wake up wrap as well. The store and attitude of the employees is disgusting, needs new management for sure

Very bad experience I love Dunkin’ I usually go to the one next to my house and it’s perfect, they make perfect coffee and they are always super nice, but this one…
It felt like the workers were racists, they treated nice a white man in front of me but not me!
Coffee was too strong I asked nicely to put more milk, but the lady refused. Very sad

The dining room was filthy. Trash on the floor. Overflowing trash cans. Restroom had no paper. No soap and trash on the floor. Four employees standing around talking and no manager on duty. When I asked to speak to a manger I was told she was not there. One of the teenage workers told me it’s not their job to clean until closing. What is wrong with the world? What happened to talking in pride in what you do, even if it’s working at a doughnut shop. Was a terrible experience and a sad reflection of the work pool these days.

Today is mothers day and of course I thought I would treat my wife and kids to Dunkin this morning. To my surprise the whole world was in line at the same Dunkin . There was a long line with only two women behind the counter. But to my surprise these two women still had smiles on their faces taking orders and basically making it happen until a young man joined them and straight away started working. Great work ethics guys . People like you are why they world still works. Thank you for your good work.

I wish I could give zero stars for the service. Donuts and coffee are always good, but every time We come in people are either rude, inconsiderate or have zero sense of customer service.

Today we waited an unbelievably long time (approx. 15 minutes) just to get coffee that we ordered at the same time as our donuts.

I would definitely not go to this location for your DD fix.

Did a morning run of coffee and donuts. I had my dog waiting outside and I asked for a cup of water and their policy apparently is to charge me 1.50 for a cup of tap water. Never heard of being charged for tap water. Hope it’s not the policy and a mere attitude issue of the one person

This location unfortunately has bad customer service!!! The man who prepares the hot foods is very rude and unwelcoming. So sad this is the only location near me because I truly enjoy Dunkin Donuts.

That one girl that wears a bonnet and thinks its professional to wear at work was extremely rude and made my ice chai tea latte wrong. She put expresso in it I didn’t ask for a dirty chai…didn’t bother to say anything to provoke her. As a Starbucks barista I will continue to make my own drinks at my job LOL.

Placed an order online only to arrive to the location and see that they were closed.

It was for Christmas Eve, so I get it. However, this location should’ve reflected the hours just like the others. Nonetheless, I called, & the gentleman answered & told me the order was never made to begin with since it was placed right before their closing time (at that time I was unaware of their 5PM closing). I asked for my refund & he told me to do it myself on the app which I couldn’t because it was showing I picked it up & it charged my Dunkin account.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location & I have had an issue, the first time I did a curbside order. They not only honor the curbside option but the order wasn’t right. It was as if they gave me a coffee with only cream. I gave feedback and there was never any type of acknowledgment of it. If you do walk in only that is fine but please take off the option to do curbside.

The employees do not care one bit for their customers it’s almost as if we disturb them rather then help out their business.

That’s what I get for giving them a second chance after a terrible 1st visit.
