Glad we stopped by today! I wasn’t sure if I’d like anything because of all the, well, interesting flavors, but the options are plentiful and they even let you customize your selections. So, for me, the best donuts I’ve had in a long time!! And the cappuccino ain’t bad either!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and process streamlined. The only thing is this place is so popular chances are you will see a line. Don’t worry the line moves pretty quickly.

We’ve been going to the Duck Donuts in Kitty Hawk (where my in-laws live) for over a decade and are so excited that Duck Donuts made its way to SC! The donuts are made-to-order and my daughter loves to watch the staff prepare the donuts right in front of her! They’re more of a “dessert” donut… cake-like and served warm. The laminated menus with images of the donuts makes it so much easier for kiddos to simply point to the donut they want to order. Some of our favorites are the Maple Bacon, Beach Ball, and Boardwalk, and we love that you can create your own donut as well!

This is my absolute favorite donut place. Fell in love with their donuts in High Point, NC. And been to several of the food trucks. Was so excited when Fort Mill got location. As a long time fan, I had very high expectations. Not just of the donuts but employees. They have lived up to my expectations and Duck Donuts reputation and quality. Highly recommend playing around with creating your own concoction as well as trying their established donuts. Blueberry icing, bacon topping, and raspberry drizzle. You won’t be sorry.

I’m a fan of Duck Donuts, as I have tried other locations. I was excited to see one coming to Ft. Mill. Well my 1st experience was less than satisfactory. I was at the door at 5:50 pm on 1/27 & the door was locked. I pulled the door & yes very locked but the internet hours say store is open. I can see staff in store & staff can see me, but no movement to address me or even a mouthing or hand signs “saying sorry we’re closed”. I sat to sulk a bit and watched other people come behind me BUT, they were greeted. They were not let in but obviously communicated with. I found this disturbing because no one came to the door for me and I was there just moments b4 the guest that were greeted. I hope this is isolated & not a example of the customer service to be rendered at this location. #baffled

This is it!!! Stop looking, and go here! These donuts are perfect! Thick in size but light and fluffy. I don’t know know how they do it but I find myself a once a week stop for me! I might just go get some more right now.

I love this place! The donuts taste fresh every time. I love the cinnamon sugar donut because it reminds me of Windy Hills donuts. The coffee is also very good! Michael helped me last time and he was very nice.

Genuinely the best donuts i’ve ever had in my life. And i’ve had a long one (47 3/4 years). DuckDonuts has truly mastered the art of the donut. A mildly crunchy exterior with a soft so unbelievably soft inside. If you get them, you must eat IMMEDIATELY. Maybe wait five minutes. But the fresh and warm donut is truly so different from a reheated or cold one. Each ingredient on my donut tastes like it was brought down here straight from heaven. The perfect chocolate BACON and coconut. So unbelievably good. A small price to pay for a slice of heaven. Truly the best out there. Thank you Mr. Duck
