I have been meaning to leave this review for months. I ALWAYS have the best experience at this location. The staff here is very young but they always provide the best service, are fast and produce quality products. It is refreshing to get such great service these days. Please keep up the great work! This Dunkin was horrible today. We were in line for a long period and no one answered on the speaker. Several left. I drove around the window and employee did the throat from left to right. I asked for a phone number and she said no. She would not even slide window open. I had to drive around to tell all the other card she was closed at 6:40pm. Why is this like this ? Even the online order person had to cancel his order. Do better

Visited here last Sunday around 3pm. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches and a cold brew pumpkin spice coffee. The sandwiches were absolutely terrible, the cheese on both was brown, the sausage tasted super off, like artificial tasting, the bagel was hard, the croissant on the other one was super bland and mushy… They went into the trash can. The coffee was gross, the pumpkin spice was really sharp tasting, like way too much clove or something. It’s not a nice blend of spices it’s just really one-noted and fake tasting. That also ended up going into the trash after I offered some to my co-workers and no one liked it. My friend and I were left hungry, I was left un-caffeinated and with $14 now missing from my wallet.

Always love Dunkin!…However, on the BE&C (bacon egg cheese) croissant why is double bacon 5 slices? (I happened to check my last order out of curiosity) Does that mean when I a make regular order you cut a strip of bacon in 1/2 to make it 2 1/2 slices? Signed: The Curious Bacon Lover ❤️

This location is usually my go to and i do go alot! I’ve always got good customer service but this morning idk if new employees or what they were not busy when i pulled up soo ?
I could not hear/understand the gentleman at the drive thru box, so that’s ok no big deal so when i pull up to window i explained to the lady that drive thru box wasn’t clear so could she repeat my order please before payment and she wasn’t happy about doing that for me?!
Then i asked what was in the new cold brew because i was trying a new drink this time and she rudely said “however you asked for it” !
She kept repeating my total .. I could go on… I hope she has a better day!!

This Dunkin Donuts location really needs to learn to follow instructions when taking an order. I gave my order the gentleman repeated it and when we drove around to the window the order was wrong. Do not order the pesto tomato and cheese sandwich because your Tomatoes will be overripe.

Love Dunkin’… but they regularly get my order wrong. Taste your coffee before pulling away and double check what they gave (even if it’s literally just a donut).

All other Dunkin locations have been able to add flavor to the Iced Matcha Latte. For some reason this location refuses to do so stating “No I can not add flavor to the large iced match latte”. I don’t care if it cost extra.


Maria Hernandez with the bright pink lipstick at the drive thru window was extremely rude!!! I come to this Dunkin Donuts almost every day. I always use Apple Pay at the drive thru because it is a lot quicker when there are several cars behind me. Everyone is always very helpful if l don’t pull close enough, they’ll just tilt the card reader forward or extend it out just a little so I can reach it. For some reason Maria had a horrible attitude about it. She lied to me saying the cord was too short and that she couldn’t tilt it. I proceeded to tell her that several people have done it for me and she said, “Well I’m not.” I was in shock! It wasn’t because she couldn’t or not allowed to, it was simply because she didn’t want to. She told me I needed to put my car in park and open my door, risk scratching my car door on the wall, just to reach it. After all that she acted like she was going to throw the bag at me. I am a very kind hearted person, but her distasteful attitude had me highly upset!
