I asked for the avocado spread on a bagel. The tall bald gentleman said he wouldn’t do it. That’s fine, I didn’t argue. But do you really need to say ‘avocado toast on a bagel, how does that work?’ as I am leaving? I don’t need to be insulted. I wanted a bagel but I’m vegan. Sorry dude.

The manager is the rudest and most awful person I ever met in my life . He had attitude since I got in and he even started something to me about making my coffee, which he made awful

We just got breakfast from this location. The drive thru attendant Whitney was very friendly. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious. They even had a lil joke written in the window to make the overall experience a delight.

This location is terrible. Despite having 4-5 people working they can’t get an order right and it takes them forever. When the order is wrong (bc it will be) they have the audacity to give you an attitude. Like you didn’t just spend $10+ dollars for a drink and breakfast. One older gentleman who works there is trying and I feel bad for him bc he’s surrounded by incompetence. Maybe don’t worry so much about having 2 inch fake lashes just to come to work at Dunkin and screw everything up..

Ghetto!!! They weren’t even busy had me waiting on a door dash over 10 minutes. When I asked one of the employees about the order she asked another person who I believe was the shift manager, he responded do you see it?? Then hollered to me we will be right with you.. Yhe order was a hot chocolate and donuts smh.

The young guy working there had a horrible attitude. He was working on the kitchen area and taking orders. He should not be taking orders with such an attitude and horrible customer service. Horrible !!!
