This Duncan is a combination Baskin-Robbins, which sounds amazing, but does mean slower service and slightly lower expectations. That being said, they do have amazing donuts, down seasonal varieties, muffins, wraps, breakfast bagel and croissant sandwiches, delicious and affordable coffee and lattes. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible ️ 6, indoor seating, and restrooms.

Got to dunkin at 8:30am which means they would’ve been open for 2 hours at that point. They said they had no doughnuts or munchkins made and it would be an hour before they had any ready. How are you going to be a doughnut place but not have any doughnuts made.

It is 6: 32am and they are not open – I am complaining because 2 days ago I was left hanging at the drive thru so long I asked if they were open. 2pm in the afternoon – no customers 1 truck at window 2 employees – I had to ask to be served. This is an employee problem at the store and their boss needs to know.

Will never go to this one again and I live 5mins up the street from my house. Our food was nasty, they put our hashbrowns under our sandwiches. So they were smashed and burnt. I will gladly drive 30mins to the Dunkin Donuts on Jonestown in Winston-Salem, or on Hanes Mall Blvd.

Employees didn’t seem to want to be nice they were very rude and the donuts were terrible and dry and the ice cream cones were stale we will never go back there!!

This place is great for coffee and food during the morning on the weekdays. The weekends need work. Coffee is normally mediocre and the staff is more worried about their phones and chatting then actually making food. I waited 11 mins to get a sliced and toasted bagel with cream cheese. There was 4 people working and no one even paid attention to the screen that had my bagel on it. Once receiving my bagel there was no apology for the wait or even any acknowledgement that I had been waiting that long. Then I get in my car and there is barely any cream cheese on it.

No one wears gloves and the lady at the window has the most disgusting disrespectful attitude. I don’t see how this location is even still open. Will NOT be back.

I work very close this is my morning brew. Every morning. Most cases the workers are friendly and coffee is good but the times are all over the place. Some days they open at 6. 630. And 7. The website says 630. Every day it’s a different time

Was asking Baskin-Robbins for chocolate ice cream two scoops got to the window they don’t have chocolate ice cream so they give me chocolate ice cream with nuts and marshmallow in it two scoops of ice cream $5.94 ridiculous and it wasn’t even what I wanted

This is by far the best Dunkin’ we have ever been to. We bought two iced coffees and 4 breakfast sandwiches while traveling through the area in our RV recently. The service was excellent…very friendly and quick. The food was fresh and superb and the coffees were exactly the way we wanted them. You can tell the employees there take pride in their work. Great job!
