Son went in to get breakfast and I went in to use the bathroom… He left empty handed they were out of croissants for the sandwich he wanted.. Actually he did buy a iced coffee that he enjoyed. I on the other hand didn’t use the restroom the door didn’t lock? Really Dunkin Donuts no lock on the bathroom door?

Service could have been alot better but wasn’t dreadful. The staff was just nonplussed and had absolutely ZERO personality(I know I shouldn’t expect much at dunkin but atleast shoot a smile my way) The main complaint is that I ordered a large iced hazelnut latte which tasted like dirty city water and stale coffee. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel; the bagel was tough and when I asked for some mayonnaise, the girl looked at me like it was a major burden to get me a pack of mayonnaise and finally after 5 minutes of looking, she came to me and said “I guess we’re out” no apology or anything. I’ll never go back to that location.

I actually started liking dunkin donuts after years of loving their competition. Whenever i come to this location, i have a hard time finding what i want on the drive through menu. Either they don’t have the donuts listed or what. The employee said to come inside they had all the donuts available. The problem i had was i don’t actually know the kinds or flavors they carry because i only visit ocassionally. i live where there is NO DD.

Worst customer service ever. If i said my order is wrong how HARD is it to fix it? A simply request on NOT to put CREAM on my bagel. I don’t like a lot of cream cheese, ..next time I’ll just order from the one on peters creek, they are much more nicer & QUICKER!

Customer service is horrible and coffee was bad as well we threw everything away then I asked for crossant they said their sold out for about a month

Drive-thru service is great. Iced coffees are very good. Hot coffee is excellent. Donuts are delicious.
