I placed my order ahead of time so that I could run in and grab my drink before work. When I walked in, my drink was not ready and it took multiple minutes for the staff to even greet me. Once I told the worker that I had placed a to go order, she made my drink. However, my matcha latte was not mixed nearly enough and there was just a layer of match at the bottom of the cup. The drink was also not very matcha-tasting. It was hardly even green. They also were not busy, so I’m not sure what was going on there.

Service was Horrible ! The cashier was mopping up a milkshake that she spilled ! She laid the mopping against the wall and, proceeded to fix another customer’s order ! I couldn’t Believe that the customer allowed that ! I had been Standing there for 20mins ! As the cashier just kept getting ready to get off work ! The manager came from the drive through window and, asked had I been Helped I said No ! As I stated what my issue was she said well ok……. and took my order ! She never said Anything to the girl because all of them are Hispanic So No I Will Not Be Going Back To This Location They Need An Adult Manager Who Has Experience To Run This Place ♀️

I just left from placing an order in drive thru. Was told had only 3 of the chocolate munchkins left. Say ok. I want the 3 chocolate and 7 of the glazed. Got to the window the person ask me what I ordered. Told her. Got home. No chocolate what so ever. That’s why I do not like drive thru. Bad service.

Worst DnD!!! Ordered 3 medium coffees and 2 orders of munchkins…. apparently that is too much for the kid running the drive thru to handle…. after shutting the window in my face 3 times another came to “help”. Both with incredibly bad attitudes!!! They hand me my BLANK receipt and proceeded to argue my order.
After all was said and done the drive thru person acts put out when asked if he had given me straws!!! Hands them out the window and closes the window without so much as a thank you!! WILL NOT BE BACK almost $17 for my order!!!

Whole experience terrible. Drink was made incorrectly and while the wht i believe was the manager was pleasant, the young man Nijai, was horribly rude. Rolling his eyes and shaking his lips because I asked my drink to be corrected! I was already embarrassed to go ask for the problem to be resolved but that just made it so much worse. “Thanks man who hates his job apparently”… maybe DD should vet their future employees a little better??

I was VERY disappointed trying to order the $3.00 medium Pumpkin Spice Signature latte to only be told it was regular price @$5.00. I told the employees that even on the sign by where u order at it specified $3.00. The employee said “sometimes they just put those signs out there”. Whatever happened to customer service? DUNKIN DOUGHNUT IF U HAVE A SIGN OUT ADVERTISING A ITEM AT LEAST ADHERE TO IT. THAT IS VERY BAD BUSINESS TO NOT HONOR WHAT U ADVERTISE!!!

THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don’t realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin.

They have several flavors of donuts that Krisy Kreme doesn’t have anymore so I decided 2 try a dozen + a milkshake the other day. Donuts weren’t fresh so they were dry & starting to get hard + they were out of so many options. Of course the ice cream was delicious & u didn’t have 2 wait 30mins 2 drink ur milkshake YaY! I’d definitely come here 4 ice cream but Krispy Kreme donuts r most definitely better!

I have been coming to Dunkin’ for over 10 years now. The service has gotten worse over the years. Don’t get me wrong dayshift is great however evening and weekend shift is awful. They don’t want to answer the speaker after 830 and they close at 9…
Furthermore they all seem to have a attitude or don’t want to work. You even see some of them changing clothes ready to leave instead of working
