Everytime we go they don’t have what we want or they get our order wrong. Some workers are very nice and one was rude when we returned the doughnuts to get the right one. She was slamming stuff down and slamming the box down.

First of all I must disclose that I LOVE Krispy Kreme Donuts. Ever since I was a kid and my parents took my brother and I to our local shop in Northern VA I have been hooked. We would stand for what seemed to be hours watching them make their famous glazed donuts. I have visited this shop on University Parkway more times than I would like to admit. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. They always that a large selection to include my favorites. OH and lets not forget their rewards program. It is awesome… If in the area you should stop by!

Went in and asked for a dozen FRESH glazed. The woman working told me that she could not sell me the donuts off the rack that were (HOT AND READY LIKE THE SIGN SAID) I can only get the ones all ready boxed up, so I left. I’m here visiting from another state that doesn’t have Krispy Kreme, she’s costing them money and losing customers.

Got a dozen creme filled $13.49. Also got 6 regular glaze which were $8.38. A BIT MUCH FOR 6 GLAZE DONUTS. I know prices on materials have increased but kinda ridiculous. For that kind of money I can have a lot healthier breakfast.

Twice now I have shown up to get doughnuts that were advertised on promotional sales. These two times the particular promo .85 for the 2nd dozen read nothing about a coupon. I was denied the promotional product. The last time it happened the lady in front of me didn’t have her coupon code either but was honored the product by the associate. I on the other hand stood to the side waiting while there weren’t any other customers. The associate didn’t allow me the same courtesy so after 10 minutes I told her that I would order it on line and use the code 85YEARS at checkout. I did however get the promo but only by this method. If you have the Krispy Kreme account, you should not need a coupon. It should be loaded on your account for the set time period for the program. You should only have to produce your account card or if by phone, your bar code. The gentleman that checked me out gets the 5 stars. The not so friendly associate gets no stars from me as she shouldn’t. If she could honor one person the promo without a coupon then she should allow another customer the same courtesy.

Normally my favorite doughnut shop. However, the low quantity of popular doughnuts and the long wait times deduct a star from my review. Love the original yeast glazed doughnuts, especially when the hot now sign is one. Love ordering and earning rewards on the app and the drive-thru. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

Was hoping for a special on National Donut Day but they did not. 1 dozen assorted donuts for about 14 bucks. It looks like they just tossed the donuts in the box so I’ll deduct 1 star.

Meh. They were out of glazed donuts, which was fine. Things happen. But then our hot chocolate order must have overwhelmed them, because all of them tasted watery. Even the kids noticed 🙁

I had a great buy one get one coupon and they had the hot sign on so I had to go and pick them up. You can never go wrong with fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts. FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS

I was second in the drive through with no customers inside. It took 15 minutes to get 2 dozen donuts. Do not go to this location if you’re in a hurry in the morning or on your lunch break.
