Very Disappointed! My whole family went to this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning for breakfast. I ordered French crawler donuts and when I got home I realized that they were made yesterday and we’re hard as a rock and the icing on there looks disgusting. They were non-edible I couldn’t even feed them to my daughter. We ordered hashbrowns they were burnt to a crisp those weren’t even edible as well and the two turkey sausage sandwiches that we ordered were cold. Would NOT recommend going there if you are hungry.

This Dunkin’ has been a lifesaver this week for me! I am working temporarily at a location nearby and Dunkin’ has saved my work day with food and coffee. I have been here every single day this week and every employee I have encountered has been so welcoming and sweet. I had an employee help me with a technical question about their app since the only option for their location was drive thru and the walk in option wasn’t available. She told me it should be but since walk in isn’t available on the app, I can just select drive thru and still walk in. Perfect! I was able to get my 100 bonus points for ordering on the app this past Monday!
I know it’s only Aug but I am in LOVE with their pumpkin cream cold brew and I am also so giddy about how much pumpkin cream they put in my cold brew!! It was probably 1/3 pumpkin cream and I couldn’t be happier especially since other locations seem to just put a little dollop on top.

Coffee is always good. No complaint there. The drive thru staff was friendly and smiling. I ordered the new cake batter iced latte. Didn’t taste even a hint of cake batter. Tasted like a plain latte. Don’t know if they just forgot to put the flavor in or the cake batter has no flavor. Heh I checked, and the sticker on my cup included the cake batter info, so it was rung in correctly, at least.

Very poor service! Always closed. They say the dining room closes at 7 and drive through closes at 8pm. We got there at 7:31 and the dining room was locked with no sign stating why or that the drive through was still open! There were staff standing there watching us and did not do anything but stand and talk as if we could not see them! When we called the store to talk to a manager we were asked what and then next thing the girl said was “oh I am the manager” and refused to let us talk to the real manager, then claimed we harassed her. Also they are always out of donuts and always mess up your order!

Terrible service. We arrived at 3pm on Friday, HOURS before closing. The girl working there was assisting the drive thru line and said she would be right with us. We understood since they were short-staffed just like everywhere else right now. After waiting, she said she could only help us if we had a mobile order because their dining area was closed. We told her we didn’t and that we were ordering it to-go. She then said we would need to order through drive-thru to place the order at all. How does that make any sense? We just took our business elsewhere.

Another bad experience at this store, not going to try again! Went to Krispy Kreme happily. Was told system was down, asked to pay with cash and was told they could not sell me a half dozen donuts, even if I had exact change. I can’t understand this mentality, common sense is not practiced…no customer service. I will say 1 young lady was willing to do that but manager told me they couldn’t give me change, didn’t need change??? How about taking my money, putting it aside and ringing it in when the system came back up…just a thought?

Went inside this morning as drive thru line was super long and not moving. I was 2nd person in line to order at register and still took close to 10 minutes as gal running register didn’t seem to know what she was doing. When I got to her to order, there was zero customer service given. I was not greeted, smiled at, told hello or even apologized for the wait. She stared at me waiting for my order. When I started to order she raised her finger at me to slow down as she couldnt figure out how to enter my items.
Finally ordered, received my donut first, then munchkins next, then waited another 10 minutes to receive my breakfast sandwich. They just say the food or drink item name so everybody waiting is confused instead on giving customers numbers or name for their order.
All staff inside this morning had zero smiles or personality and absolutely no customer service skills. Its quite depressing to even provide them with business. I won’t be returning as prices also very high for what you receive.

As a former baker (I hand rolled dunkin donuts for years), finisher and store employee I have NEVER seen such a badly displayed store. They do not make their own donuts, they are pre-frozen.. they also are not finished properly.. apple spice donuts are covered in cinnamon not powered sugar, jelly donuts are covered in sugar not powder, and please teach your employees to count change.. my change today was twenty-seven cents.. two nickles, one dime and seventeen pennies IA not that. I will not be returning. This place has gone down hill fast.

I ordered filled donuts and apple fritters. The filled donuts didn’t have hardly any filling in them. The lemon filled, and vanilla cream filled were undecernible. The apple fritters were very thick and doey. I like Dunkin, but these donuts do NOT taste like typical Dunkin doughnuts.

Wonder if the management know that the staff here hide from customers twenty minutes before close, literally hiding. They ignore the drive thru and scramble when you pull up at the window to confront them. At least have the decency to tell your customers that you are closing early and apologize for the inconvenience. Pathetic.
