Was my first time ever trying Dunkin and the staff was rude. They messed my drink up and when I apologized and corrected my drink they literally just added more ice. They did not remake it. They also were extremely rude at the fact that I said this is wrong. My tater tots were also still cold and again they were rude that I said it. For $12 for 2 items you would think they would do their best. 0/10

Can’t say anything about the service or the doughnuts. The Dunkin website shows them open till 5. Got there at 3 and they were closed. No signs. Nothing. Disappointing.

Gave up waiting after 30 minutes to get a single cup of drip coffee. It wasn’t even that busy. Hire more people; provide better service.

I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn’t arrived that morning, gate hadn’t been unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never once lost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It’s the best customer service I’ve received at Dunkin Donuts. I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!!

I entered Dunkin donuts because I had time to burn and had nothing else to do. I went in and was greeted by a nice smiling employee and offered to take my order. I ordered and everything was perfect. The coffee was just right. The donuts were fresh as someone can ask for and we’re so delicious I ended up buying 12 more and gave them out to homeless people. Definitely a good Dunkin donuts experience and hope all other experiences with this corporation. I recommend and would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I think I was just frustrated because I didn’t realize it was in the great lodge. Also I went to use my gift card but they don’t accept it. They gave me warm and not hot coffee. They gave me the wrong cream cheese for my bagel as well. I was just super disappointed… When you work anywhere you should always take pride and ensure that you are serving your customers good orders.

Coffee was good, but the staff was not attentive. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and asked for a sugar free drink. We are always very attentive and repeat that request more than once. She thought the drink tasted sweet but drank it anyway and ended up with an extremely high blood sugar. Not cool! Thank God she has an insulin pump or we would have ended up in the ER!

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. What kind of a donut shop doesn’t have milk? One nice employee tried to offer me a cup of milk but the other employees yelled at her and told her they couldn’t do that. Rude staff. Sat there and talked about how they didn’t want to give me my coffees right in front of my face after biting my head off. Will literally never go to this location again. Drove to Starbucks every day after the one visit here.
