Very, very disappointed. Ordered a dozen ASSORTED donuts and 50ct ASSORTED Munchkins. My definition of ASSORTED must be different than theirs. I actually drove out of my way to go to this location because I’ve had terrible service at the one on Bijou and Circle. Now, this location has been disappointing. Guess I’ll stop going to Dunkin Donuts and go to Amy’s, Hurtz, or Krispy Kreme.
Oh, and they were gross. The munchkins were cold and wet, and the regular donuts were super greasy with no flavor. My dog wouldn’t eat them. First time in my life I’ve EVER thrown donuts away, after spending $28 on them.

Amazing clean store. I came early in the morning so there was quick service and order my maple bars, they were delicious.

I used to come here every week till there was a hair in my donuts. That made it known they don’t wear hair nets or beard guards. That was on March 30

I’m constantly disappointed with my coffee order. I ask each time for cream and sugar however I never seem to have sugar in my coffee or if it’s there it’s sitting at the bottom and I’m not provided a straw to stir. I’m not one to cause problems but at this point the coffee issue is reoccurring. I gave two stars because I like the food selection but the coffee has been a continued disappointment over the last few months. Please be mindful of this. Ive always loved Dunkin’ until I started coming to this location.

the donuts were stale and instead of a raised chocolate donut i was just given a chocolate donut. If a store is closing ( my fault ) if you’re going to hand out stale food don’t hand it out or at least discount it. Instead of giving the paying customer ” something ” for their money state ” We’re all out of that selection. ” We won’t be back and i don’t recommend.

My son and I went here the afternoon of May 13th, 2022. The three girls working at the time made our visit perfectly marvelous! They were all bright and lovely and pleasant to interact with. I wanted to send a little love their way because it looks like they have a lot of…to keep it clean…not very nice people to deal with. I’ve been to some of the other locations and I wasn’t super enthused by them (though, I didn’t send them hate reviews for it because *almost* everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt). Often, the service at the other locations has been frowny or rude or they wanted to close, so they booted us out. I will definitely be visiting this location again, based solely on the three girls who were working that day. You girls rock! Someone give them a raise.

I tried the sweet black pepper croissant breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg, Swiss cheese. That was so good! My new breakfast stop. And of course the delicious donuts and coffee.

This Dunkin’ location gives the franchise a bad name. The coffee is never hot, only lukewarm. The cream must be a generic brand because it taste nothing like the original Dunkin coffee cream/sugar mix. My coffee was given to me with coffee stains all over the cup. The server claimed the lid didn’t fit; however, the cup just looked plain dirty or reused. The avocado toast wasn’t toasted – just a slice of cold sour dough bread with avocado spread. The location is new, but quality is beneath the standards of some of the other Dunkin restaurants.

Well dint have issues until I went on Sunday to get bagels and thought it was a joke when I received my order like this all the bagels I went back and said what’s going on the front register chick said that’s cream cheese like are they running low like they dint care they re made it like how can u let it go like that if you don’t want to work in food just find a different job
