This Dunkin is always great. Never had a bad experience here. Great staff ( although I’ve never seen someone twice but I don’t go that often ) friendly and quick. Always nice to my kids too.

I placed a Doordash at this location and according to staff they didn’t get a proper truck order and the bagels that I did order they could have given to me had they properly trained the new person making them this is ridiculous if it’s someone’s first day they need to observe and not do the job first this is ridiculous.

No Loyalty – I eat lunch at this Dunkin Donuts almost every day, literally, between 12:45 and 1:00PM daily. A very simple and quick order: a grilled ham and cheese, a drink, and usually a couple donuts if they have any left (one for me and one to take home for my son).

Today, December 22, I arrived at 1:02PM because I got stuck in traffic. They close at 1:00PM. When I went to the door and pulled on it, it was locked, that’s when I realized it was 1:02. The shift supervisor, Christina, was beginning to mop the floor, which is not a problem because half the time when I get there, they have already mopped and set the chairs up on the tables.

When Christina saw me she came to the door, looked at her phone, to evidently check the time, and gave me multiple “throat slashing” signs while saying, “We’re closed! We’re closed!”, then turned around an went back to mopping.

There was no mistaking who I was, I wear a company shirt and drive a company vehicle. When I am in for lunch, I often wait to be served, in addition, I often tell them to wait on others that are in a bigger hurry than me. Well, today all of that was forgotten and I understand it was after 1PM and past closing time. Every day they are scurrying to get out of there like people off a burning ship, and they are under no obligation to go “out of their way”, but a little leniency and better customer service could have saved a loyal and daily customer. It’s no wonder they are constantly turning over employees with this level of loyalty. I went next door to Subway, they wanted to take my money, which was quicker and less money than what I spend daily at Dunkin, and now they have a daily customer.

The manager christina was badmouthing the president when I walked in, saw me, and ran to the back. Another long haired guy came out to make my drink, sandwich, and take my order all by himself. The floors were mopped and the chairs were on the tables with 2 hours of operation left! I guess I’ll go sit somewhere else!

My door dasher apologized for how long it took me to receive my order because apparently the staff were fist fighting. After reading reviews this location seems super ghetto. Oh and no straw for my drink lmao

I did an online ordered for two Beyond Sausage croissants, one regular sausage plus donuts. When I got there, I looked in the bags to make sure that they had labeled the croissant sandwiches which they did not. I asked if they had stickers to put in them to identify (which they typically do) and they said that they can’t do that. I asked if they had a marker to put a “V” on the vegetarian ones for identification. They said that they could not do that either. I replied back that they should. The response back to me was that I just needed to open each one up to identify which is which. I really don’t like the idea of having to open up other peoples sandwiches. I got back home, opened up and identified which sandwich was which and that they put the wrong cheese on two of the sandwiches. I strongly recommend the staff comes up with a way to identify sandwiches that are vegetarian for customers and take time to read the orders. We had the donuts an hour after the sandwiches and they were hard and stale.

What a great stop at Dunkin- the ladies working were incredibly kind and it brightened my whole day!

They “open” at 5am, I waited until 5:20 until someone actually opened the door. When I went in, they had only 1 tray of 1 flavor donut out… at a donut shop. I left and went elsewhere. This shop has been around longer than I have been alive, and my family has made a tradition out of getting donuts here on the morning of everyone’s birthdays. It is very unfortunate to see the new look, and new management that came with it has brought it downhill so far from what it used to be. Hopefully this was just a fluke, but the current staf seemed very short and rude as well.

My child works here. Every day she comes home worn out. She has worked here since May and not once has she called in sick or not shown up for her shift. In fact, the manager ALWAYS calls her in when someone else fails to show up. Every shift, she gets up at 3 am to go open the store. There is an employee who shows up to work, but sits in her car on the clock while my child runs the store by herself. The management here is absolutely terrible. This week specifically, the manager decided to go to Vegas and left the store with no coverage. My child went and opened the store. Unbeknownst to her, the baker didn’t make any donuts. So she had to bake on the fly, leading to the inability to keep up with orders. When she contacted the manager for guidance, she got no response. Not only has she NEVER received the proper training, she has zero support from her manager. She also happens to be covered under ADA laws as well as COLORADO LABOR LAWS, this company abides by neither. Another employee who is also covered under the same ADA laws, asked to take a 5 minute break and was told by the manager, that she is not here to play babysitter and if this employee wanted a break, she may as well just go home. The problem here is not their customer service, it is poor management. They’ve gone through 2 managers since May and have such high turnover that there is always a new employee trying to learn as they go! I will be contacting the corporate office and the franchise owner. I will aslo be filing a complaint with the Colorado DOL. Next time you have to wait for your coffee and donuts, REMEMBER TO BE KIND TO THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE BUSTING THEIR BUTTS FOR YOU!!!!

This location is in desperate need of new management. Every time my family and I order breakfast from this location there is always something wrong with our order or we are waiting close to an hour for our order. Our order is either incomplete or missing a main ingredient . The last time we ordered 2 maple bacon breakfast sandwiches there was no egg in the sandwich only bacon on the croissant.
