Instead of adding a bunch of drinks to the menu, this location might want to consider focusing on the basics. I ordered a cold brew with a flavor this morning, and it was quite possibly the worst drink I have ever had anywhere. Donuts were a little dry, but otherwise fine. Customer service was good. But that coffee, though. Yikes.

I’ve always loved Dunkin. The best part of it is they offer oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk. And for only a 50 cent up charge. It’s hard to find that out there. My kids love their donuts so it’s a win-win for us. Good location in Fountain. Good quick customer service and clean.

As a lifelong lover of Dunkin, I was beyond excited when we got a store down here. That was until I actually went there. Every time I have gone, either they are out of something I’ve ordered, drive through menu is wrong or order is completely messed up. This last time, I ordered a large iced vanilla cold foam. Cruising down the road, I picked up my beverage , excited for the cold foam yummy, to get a mouthful of what tasted like straight iced tea. This was my final straw. I’ll never go back to this location again. I work too dang hard to waste my $ at a location that CLEARLY doesn’t care! Beyond thankful Dutch Bros has opened! Take notice Dunkin, your customers are leaving and the above is why….

Fast service and knowledgeable employees. Got here by 1000 and they still had a good selection of donuts unlike at the end of the day at 3-4pm there was only one or two selection.

Drive through experience: we could not hear the person taking the order. Took forever, and they order was wrong!
They are advertising the New grilled tomato pesto Sandwich and we asked for one and the answer was: “we don’t have it”

It would be nice if you finally got your drive-through order board fixed so you can hear right!! two times you got my order wrong.As you’re screaming through the headset maybe listen clearly or just get it fixed when I tell you what’s wrong it shouldn’t be an inconvenience because you can’t listen.

I am a truck driver and can’t use the drive thru. I wanted to use the lobby but once again the lobby is closed. This is an ongoing issue at this location. I know drive thru guests are important but so are those that can’t use the drive thru and need to use the lobby.

It used to be OK now you go they can’t hear you threw the drive thru speaker and I’ve got my order wrong the last 3 times I’ve came definitely not coming back today I spent 15$ basically got 7$ in product I can make regular coffee at home

Stopped here the other day because my kids had never had a Dunkin Donut. They were OUT of donuts. It’s literally the name of the place! And they have no donuts. What a disgrace.

Sad to say that this particular location has gotten increasingly worse. I keep
giving it another try but today’s the last time. I ordered a frappuccino and ended up with a cup of blended ice. Disappointing.
