We ordered about 5 drinks and two of them were incorrect. After politely asking for them to be remedied everything was fixed in a prompt manner and they were very quick about it. So their orders may not always be perfect but amazing service.

We ordered 6 pieces donuts and It was cold.
Why? Maybe they re display leftover donut from yesterday?
I will never come back again this place.
Also they don’t have enough donut even no customers. Ha!

This is how my dozen donuts came. quality sucked. Paid $40 dollars for this and more food. I used to work at dunkin this unacceptable. I would fire the whole crew even up to the manager. Just laziness. And I used to work at dunkin it’s not hard.

Super nice staff! They never stop moving. Sometimes, I end up waiting, but it’s because me and 20 other people decided to come at the same time. People tend to only review things when they’re mad. They don’t give props the 100 times they’re satisfied, but the 1 time they mess up, they put a negative review. These young kids trying to make a name for themselves and the managers managing these youths deserve props every now and then! It shouldn’t always be negative. If you want your visits to be pleasant, we have to let them know when they’re doing a good job, people! These are kids, like my daughter or yours!

Wellll I went in for my birthday email.. free drink! I didn’t like the drink but that’s hardly their fault. They did have only donut holes left and they were pretty good. I asked if they had dairy free donuts and she said they are all dairy free.. um they are not.. i googled it just to be sure. In all fairness she could be new? Super nice girl though.

Every single time I come to this particular Dunkin I am beyond less than pleased with the food and the service. The workers chat amongst themselves in front of lines of customers and don’t even acknowledge they have customers. The workers are rude and disrespectful every time a customer speaks to them and they almost NEVER get the order right on the first shot. I stopped coming here because coming here is not a good way to start your morning. This place stinks of negative energy every time! Best part, management doesn’t care so this place will stay the way it is.

I came to this store the other day and watched a clearly entitled and belligerent woman argue and yell at the manager over hashbrowns.. which are like 1 dollar. Grow up lady. And I went on here to see if she left a review and low and behold she did. And a nasty one at that. I’m sure those employees get treated like that daily and it’s not okay. We are all human, there’s no need to be nasty to people just trying to do their jobs. (Here’s a helpful little hint for that rude woman, try asking nicely next time and you’ll get the service you’re looking for. And remember the customer is not always right! Especially not with that attitude)

I have gone to the store on Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs. Numerous times they did not have glazed donuts or the munchkins. This was around 8:30 am. They must not be ordering enough since they don’t make them there. They said it!s the most popular. Then they should order more. They run out way too early.I stopped going. Not worth the calories.

We bought donuts at 10am and they were not fresh. Had large order and was not given any napkins, sacks, or drink carriers. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon. Should have payed more attention to other higher rated doughnut shops close by.

I don’t know if it’s just Dunkin’ or if it’s this location but the coffee is always so nasty. They will fill your cup up halfway so order a large if you want a medium amount of coffee. Their hot Latte always taste sour like the milk has been left out overnight. Drive a couple more minutes and grab coffee at The Exchange, Homa at Kinship Landing, or even Loyal Coffee.
