I am a loyal dunkin coffee drinker. I usually order pick up from the drive through. I went in this time, and they had a sign up for a special offer on cold brews. I asked if I could order that, and they said the offer wasn’t valid anymore. I ordered my usual iced coffee instead, and it was fine.

I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla latte someone made so perfectly every time. My favorite donut is the chocolate sprinkles that is always fresh and tasty . I once ordered 36 orders of hash browns and I believe the worker named Carleey made each and every one to perfection. Nothing burnt. Will return again to try a donut on sourdough!

I just left this location at about 9:20 a.m. I’m large hot coffee, 4 cream, 4 sugar, 2 french vanilla swirl and an expresso shot. Line was back to the street and around the building. Surprisingly the wait was minimal and refreshingly my order was spot on. This crew is doing an extraordinary job!!! Keep representing!!!

This location has some really good people working at it. The young gentleman with the ponytail was extremely helpful and kind, and he heard about a bad experience I had at another location, and upsized my drink for free.
I appreciate the customer service, and I will definitely be back!

They were fast when I went and they have good doughnuts. I only give 4 stars because most of the drinks from any dunkin are garbage. Their Iced caramel coffee is good though.

Check your order before you leave here…. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten it correctly. And Im never given a receipt or I would call for a refund. I’m not ordering anything complicated. Just lack of care or attention. They are also ALWAYS out of 50% of the stuff they should have. Poor management.

The best crew ever i walked in and was greeted with the biggest smile and the best energy from a girl named nya (we have the same name lolz) she made my drink to perfection and didn’t complain when i asked her to make me a tomato pesto grilled cheese with 5 orders of hash browns at 5:59!! This was the employee btw. 10/10 recommend

It’s either always a long drive thru, a rude white male associate (who was ready to fight me just because I walked into the lobby behind someone) then to tell me their lobby is closed and yet wouldn’t give me any answer as to why there was a while Family inside ordering. This occurred after 10AM 17 September 2022. The last time I went to this Dunkin’ was in April and their lobby was closed back then and they still don’t any signs indicating their lobby is closed. The rude associate just gives hand signals to go around but when I got a chance to walk in he tells me I have to go thru the drive thru like everyone else but wouldn’t tell me why afterI asked him since there was a whole family inside and others walking in and out. Other individuals I saw were turned around as well, so it wasn’t just me at this time making this complaint. Lastly, The drive thru line was all the way out to the street.

Never know if it is open or not, manager was very rude, untruthful, and condescending. I recommend the one on Austin Bluffs. Their hours are consistent, they communicate their hours on the app and website, are very quick and efficient, and they are always nice.
