SHIPLEY DO-NUTS Reviews

Got a box of ~18 assorted donuts and pastries for $6 using the Too Good To Go app. For the amount of food you get, that’s great value, and the pickup was fast and easy. However, I would only come back for the cinnamon twist (the one that looks like a glazed twisted donut).

Went in and out for a quick trip, the staff is helpful and friendly.
Ask for “hot glaze” when you drop by, they are so soft and fresh… you can’t taste the sugar/glaze in your donut.

Great for a quick stop or picking up for the team/crew etc.

Will be coming back to this location for sure.

Don’t get kolaches from this place. These are the potatoes they put inside the potato ones. Why are they this color? And they are also so hard, barely cooked at all. Only thing good about this place is the donuts. Never coming here again.

Mi was awesome great donuts my staff loved them, thanks. See you next time

Great service with a smile. The Jalapeño Kolachies are perfect with the right amount of cheese and jalapeños.

Worst Long John I’ve ever had. Size was good, but it was dry and only about 1/4 had filling. Usually Shipley’s is an ok donut place, but today it was not. I’ll give this location another try, maybe it was an off day.

Donuts are absolutely delicious and kolaches are hot and tasty!!! Service is amazing

Very thrilled to see a curbside option. Love the ability to get donuts via no contact during the pandemic. Donuts were great, good amount of icing. Wish all the locations did this.

I Was Really Happy To Show My Daughter (24 Years Old) This Location. So I Brought Her And Her 2 Babies Here. Once We Arrived We Waited In Line (Which Was Long But Expected). As We Waited In Line We Noticed A White Male, Bald Approaching Cars With A Notepad. He Came To Ours I Let My Daughter Order. As She Ordered My Order She Asked My Grandkids What They Wanted. She Noticed This Man Was Being Impatient So She Didn’t Order For Herself. Once We Got To The Window He Was Walking Inside The Shipleys Location. He Then Proceeded To Tell The Cashier Our Order. The Cashier Continued To Charge Us. I Put The Back Window Down For My Daughter To Get The Opportunity To Add On Her Order. She Asked For A Medium Hot Chocolate. When The White Man (Brandon) Approached The Window And Said “We Gave You A Hot Chocolate Already”. I Replied With “Yes, But My Daughter Didn’t Order Because You Were Rushing Her”. He Then Said “That’s Why I Always Prefer For The Adults To Order”. We Obviously Took Offense To This Because The One Who Ordered Was My Daughter !! Then I Proceeded To Go Inside For The Receipt They Failed To Give Me. Which I Then Argued With Brandon “The Manager” Because He Was Talking About How He Was Frustrated Because How My Daughter Was Ordering. If You’re Going To Be A Manager That Means You Take On The Role Of A Manager. He Didn’t Fit The Manager Role. Over All Bad Experience. My Daughter Did Appreciate The Cashier Though Because He Apologized For The Long Wait And Tha “Comment” The Manager Brandon Made.

Apple Filled donuts, are what I bought, and they were absolutely delicious.
