Always a classic….everyone knows the coffee is great but have you tried the blue berry doughnut or the chocolate or my personal fave apple fritter. Wheelchair accessible, clean and they have a drive though. I do miss the fact they are no longer 24hrs…

Just went here. Clean, goodplace to stay for snacks or what… Always loved their doughnuts and coffee. Wide choice of food and coffee. Plus near my place. Doughnuts are not that sweet. Just right for me.

This morning, there must have been twenty cars in line and it went very very quickly. When I reached the window, the manager was working and so nice and kind and outgoing. I mentioned to him that they seemed very busy and he said that they were a staff of only three at that time. I was really amazed and especially that he could remain so cheerful. The best Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to and I lived in NYC for about ten years, and if you are a New Yorker, you know that Dunkin’ Donuts is everywhere!

I have not had a good experience here in about two years. They are always out of half the food, or some of the equipment is broken, or they are so short staffed that they have shut down the lobby or aren’t able to serve hot food. Everyone has a bad attitude. It seems like Dunkin put all their money into expanding their menu without putting any effort into paying their staff or retaining the good ones so that they can provide a good experience for their customers. (This is referring the location on Slaughter Ln)

The main gentleman who takes and fills order early morning walk in customers is extremely friendly and helpful. He manages to make the process of ordering and getting coffee and donuts a very pleasant experience.

Terrible customer service. I called more than 12 times and I either got a busy signal or someone answered and hung up on me. This was to order an item that wasn’t on the menu. So I go in person and talk to the gentleman who greeted me and he said they’re too busy to answer the phones. I reminded him that my call was also “work” and not play. He didn’t get it. I asked about their Kolaches and how come they’re not on the App menu so I can order them, he said their freezer has been down. What do you know – while waiting for my order, I saw that they filled another person’s order for large Kolaches. Sorry, but that’s lousy customer service. Even if the store is busy, that’s not an excuse. You can still be nice and honest with frequent customers when you’re busy.

1st time being here and it took over 20 minutes to get out, I got to the shop and had to wait because no one wanted to help me, i was ignored until the lady at that register was free. Not a hi or we will b with u as soon as we can. Then the lady had bad customers service, almost like she didn’t want to help me. Was told that my donut where ready but was never told about my coffees. Then the other lady got mad because I asked how much longer on my order.

They can’t even do mediocre coffee correct. They don’t care about the product that they’re producing. They did not follow my instructions even though it was posted on the cup, It’s not what was in there. Just absolute trash.

This is perhaps the worse Dunkin’s donuts here in austin. Each time I’ve gone my order has been wrong. The drive thru staff is not friendly and even rude. I hate that I drove all the way to this location waited in a 20 min line only for my order to be wrong.

Product is good (coffee etc) but the drive thru is always painfully sloooooow. Plan ahead and at least give 15-20 minutes because it’ll take that and then some to get through their DT……

Update from St Paddy’s day 2021: just hit the lights and go home. See accompanied receipt and photo…….iced machiato was made as matcha latte . Attention to details has made this place terrible.
