Krispy Kreme spreads joy and this location is no different. Kris and her staff at this location do an amazing job here by ensuring 110% customer service to all the customers. The store was clean, the tables were well arranged and clean. They helped us with the estimated timing of the availability of our favorite donuts and made our entire experience amazing. I’m definitely going back here.

The manager gave my husband & I donuts off the assembly line. The donuts were hot & delicious. We bought a dozen of original glaze, dozen mini original glaze donuts, & vanilla mocha frappe. Would definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme.

The coffee and doughnuts were absolutely spectacular and tasted so amazing! We had the classic glazed and the new pumpkin pie frozen coffee! We used drive thru and I’m not sure if that’s what caused it, but we just seemed to get averagely okay customer service. They weren’t mean, but they weren’t exactly nice either. The atmosphere makes the place for people! Give a smile, compliment, something to connect with other’s souls!

Of course this is always perfect. The bee donuts are super fun and remember hand made! I had a wonderful interaction with the nicest staff today! We laughed and talked about life in Austin and kids and grandkids! She was so awesome. And… My kids loved the bee donuts!

I normally love coming here but for someone without a car, it’s a bit difficult to enjoy this location right now. I wanted to get breakfast for my coworkers and they only allow drive thru and lobby pick up. Sometimes the lobby isn’t even open for that. But today, I made a large order. Assorted dozen and an extra 3 for me as well as a pumpkin frap as I wanted to compare it to others.
The donuts were awesome but the coffee drink was sour. I could not finish half of it before I wanted to throw up. It tasted like expired milk was used and ruined the whole drink.
On top of that, I wanted some kolaches but they don’t sell them on the app and they would not allow me to simply order them there and add them to my order. It was beyond ridiculous.

We went there on a Sunday ,2 weekends ago ,with my dad who is 85 years old ,wanted to have a hot donut . We’ve been there around 9:30 Manager Ane Tillman refused to give us hot donuts from the belt despite of multiple requests. Even we offered extra payment ,because my dad just came there to have the hot donuts. She refused to give us at least one ,and she showed her name badge and mentioned that” I am the manager here.” I felt that this behavior and customer service was unreasonable. You always have some spoiled donuts to account for.

The krispiness was unlike anything I have ever tried in my entire life. After eating their donuts I could feel my self getting happier. My crops grew better than ever before, and my wife went back on the divorce. I cant thank Mr. Kreme enough, thank you so much.

I had a really disappointing experience at drive thru( only drive thru is open). The cashier name was Christie. She refused to listen to my order saying that she can’t understand my order. Then she asked me to come again in the order line. I had to wait 20 minutes in the queue again to get my turn. I ordered and she said she understood my order this time. I ordered some special donuts and I was charged for that. But when I got it I didn’t receive what I ordered. It was completely messed up. I was billed for the donuts which I didn’t get. This place is horrible because they have totally unprofessional staff who just give whatever they want and don’t listen to what you want. I was billed more money and didn’t get the stuff. DISAPPOINTED. VERY BAD.

John the manager is absolutely amazing he made mine and my families night! He’s very customer service oriented the shop is always clean. The donuts are always fresh and excellent. It is well lit and safe location off of Jollyville Rd. I am so grateful for this Krispy Kreme as my daughter‘s birthday was a hit because of these donuts and because people like John, the manager that went out of his way to keep a smile on our faces. I highly recommend this location. Once again thank you to the staff and the manager John-You are awesome! 🙂
