I love this donut shop. I’m a disabled combat veteran who can’t see to drive so I don’t own a car and I walked up today with my kid to find that they were short staffed and only doing drive thru.

I missed the sign though and didn’t know this so, feeling like I failed my kid I’m like knocking on the door.

One of the staff members showed up, apologized, pointed to the sign but when he found out we didn’t have a car invited us inside.

He helped make me a hero to my 8 year old and took a moment to be a good person to another human being.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I had my drink remade because it tasted watery, and when they remade my drink there was a fly in it. We asked very nicely because I know it is an inconvenience, however this is how they treat me in return. I hope this wasn’t on purpose. This is very unacceptable. Do better dunkin, please.

Drive-in is always a mess. Saturday morning. I go into the store to pick up an order made on the app and end up waiting 17 minutes for ONE iced caramel latte. The last 5 minutes of that wait time I spent watching the behind counter staff of seven mostly stand around while a drink that turned out to be mine sat on the counter in front of me. No one ever called a name although they knew I was there and what I was waiting for. I had spoken to the counter to see if my drink was ready when I arrived. Horrible customer service.

A bit pricey, but a nice sized spot. Used to be an Arby’s back in the day.

I had more than 3 bad experiences with this Dunkin. Always the same thing: they don’t pay attention what is asked. Every time I ask a Hot Caramel Latte they give a original latte with no caramel and sometimes not even hot. Terrible.

The workers were efficient, there is a nice variety of doughnuts,a little pricey for $16.97 a dozen when you can get a dozen for $7.00 at Safeway on Snell St and Brannan just a few minutes more nearby.( On Fridays for Safeway’s s doughnut sales). But if you like tSt American drinks and other snacks too, plus good coffee, Dunkin Doughnuts is an okay place to go,you can eat inside there too,it is refreshing and relaxing inside.

Had a chance to check them out on VIP day today. While it was a bit hectic and a couple mix ups that’s expected in the opening of a new establishment. I had a half dozen donuts and the frozen coffee. You could also choose a breakfast sandwich with this promotion but I knew it would go to waste. The inside is really nice. Hard to believe that the Arby’s was there before.
The staff was helpful, attentive and all very nice. I will come back to the location in the future.

Much better than Starbucks because they have a better attitude toward customers. They actually smile and say “Thank You” at Dunkin’ Donuts, and that is a really refreshing and positive attitude.
You know, it puts a smile on your face after a small business transaction.
Starbucks is closer to my home, but I will drive the extra half mile to go to Dunkin’ Donuts now.
By the way, the coffee was pretty good and the Boston Cream donut was just as good as the ones I got at their other stores. The seating and decor is nice and contemporary. I sat in the comfy chairs by the “fireplace” and TV. Classy without being pretentious.
I am impressed by the fact that they hired a lot of young people from my neighborhood because they are giving many of these young people their first job, and start in working life. Good work Dunkin’ Donuts in bringing those jobs to South San Jose. Your proximity to the freeway, and neighborhood patronage, will make this location a success. I’m gonna try one of your breakfast sandwiches next.

The coffee is most of r time pretty good. Unless you have a quiet car, you need to shut the engine off while ordering through the drive through or yell. Ironically the donuts at yum yum close by better. For coffee though, it’s good and hard to beat for the cost.

Clean and fast; just what you would expect. Prices seem a bit high, but maybe it has been to long since I have visited a donut shop.
