One of the best ones in Houston. Largest variety I’ve seen including beignets. Friendly service. Super clean. Very fast. This is the one I’ll go to if I lived closer.

I was having a great morning until I pulled in the drive thru to Shipley’s donuts on westheimer. I love this location because they have Beignets!!!!! Maria works in the drive thru for shipley’s she was very rude and her customer service is really bad !! I go to this place a lot but usually go inside. I definitely won’t be returning ! She is so unprofessional! It cost $0 just to smile and have good customer service !!

Was craving beignets. Went to the Westheimer location and ordered the full order (4pcs) which is $6-$7. You can also order half which is $4. The beignets were hot and very large, should have ordered the half one. The staff was friendly and they served our food fast.

I asked for two spicy sausage and cheese kolaches and two glazed donuts that donuts were undercooked and DOUGHY and I never got the correct kolache’s they gave me a wrapped ham and cheese kolache ridiculous!!!!

Some of the mexican workers here are nice, some are funny acting. I had one get an attitude with me when I was just standing waiting for service. And Its odd how whenever I go there now, they give me a brown paper bag instead of the regular white bag with the Logo.

WHY CAN’T THE OTHER SHIPLEY’S STORES BE LIKE THIS ONE?!! They almost always have the hottest, freshest donuts in the whole city, if not, the entire world! Other Shipley’s locations always serve old, cold stuff but this one always has them piping hot and fresh. Be careful not to burn your hands when you take one out of the box! When I say they are hot, THEY ARE HOT AND FRESH!! The best!! God bless the franchisees of this location! You guys rock! Other Shipley’s locations need to use your store as an example of how to serve the donuts.

This location is open 24/7 which makes it ideal for when you are driving around in a Scooby Doo Van. Very delicious every time!

I’m a huge fan of their donuts but their beignets were disappointing. They looked amazing and were hot but when I took a bite, it had a very weird old smell on the inside almost like old oil.. made me sick. If you don’t take a whiff in it would be alright to eat. But for $6.39 I was highly disappointed. I didn’t expect it to taste like cafe du monde in New Orleans but I sure didn’t expect it to taste old. Also hollow inside. I give it 2 stars for trying and for the size.

I’ll be honest, I found the name cool and wanted to try donuts from a different place than the usual. The donuts do look a bit sad but they don’t taste bad!

Ok I love Shipleys and this location makes amazing made to order beignets which keeps me coming back. I WISH the customer service here was better but it’s consistently bad… just know what you’re in for and you won’t be let down.
