I came here for a snack with my sister. The staff was really friendly but we were looking for something small. I got the mini buns with strawberry frosting. They were premade and prepackaged so they were a little firm and not warm. The frosting wasn’t overly sweet. I can’t wait to go back and get a full size cinnamon roll with toppings. Something to keep in mind is this is downtown so you would have to park in a parking garage and walk a little bit.

For a birthday, instead of getting a cake I decided to get customized cinnamon buns from Cinnaholic and man were these mouthwatering delicacies worth it! Each one was pricey at $8 a pop with the toppings, but everyone loved them. It took around 15 minutes to freshly bake these and have them hot and ready for takeout, nicely packaged too. If they get cold make sure to heat them up for a few seconds. There are a few tables inside if you choose to order in. Street parking in downtown San Jose can be notoriously difficult but we were able to find a spot nearby pretty easily. Go check this place out – you won’t regret it!

Staff is always kind and helpful. Their cinnamon rolls are the best I’ve ever had. The fact that you can customize them to just about any flavor you like is so fun and has me craving at anytime of the year, rain or shine, celebration or not. Happy they now have one in San Jose, used to have to drive up to Berkeley for these. The fact that the shop is 100% vegan is unbelievable, it’s always good to come across places like this. Good to know only thing I can feel guilty about after eating here is my sugar intake, but sugars sweet so it evens out.

Such a fun & exciting place to come to! This was our first time coming here and the choices to dress your cinnamon roll can be a little overwhelming, but they are amazing. The buns were so warm & soft, just the perfect texture. If you want some flare to your cinnamon buns, look no further!

Picked up catering from Cinnaholic for a family dinner – they brought the packages out to our car which was really helpful! Everyone loved the cinnamon buns and couldn’t believe they were vegan. The brownies and chocolate chip cookies were delicious, and the cinnamon sticks were also delicious. The only suggestion I’d have is that the frosting was a little too buttery in flavor.

Got the mini cinnamon rolls and was disappointed. The sign makes you think that you’re going to get 5 mini rolls for 5.50 when you only get 3. They were too doughy and not warm. The icing also wasn’t very good. The staff were nice and service was quick. Maybe the big rolls are better.

These are honestly the best cinnamon rolls that I’ve ever had. I couldn’t believe it when I read they’re 100% vegan! Would definitely recommend if you want any sweet dessert, especially with some coffee.

Great food! Huge fan of the franchise. Household has an egg and milk allergy, so Cinnaholic has been a go-to for un-compromised desserts. Friendly in-store staff but losing a star for a really bad DoorDash experience.

Super fresh and yummy sweets, I am glad to try this place. It is kinda hard to find parking but if there is a public parking available right on basements of this store.
If you can not eat the sweet the same day, You can make your order to go, by asking them to wrap your roll and put all the topping aside. (See attached photos)

Wow, Cinnaholic is incredible. 100% vegan, 100% amazing. They’re reasonably priced and have options for folks craving items other than cinnamon buns like cookie dough and brownies.
There’s a loyalty program and they often have vegan pop-ups. What more could you want??
