We stopped and got a half a dozen donuts. Whereas we sat in the lobby and ate one each my husband and I. We could hardly get it down. So much icing was on the donuts that we couldn’t eat one more. They were fresh off the line which was a plus however it was so sweet it almost made you sick.

Who doesn’t like donuts? Krispy Kreme has my favorite type of donuts, GLAZED. The current staff are the most friendly and engaging group of people I’ve encoutered in recent months. This is my kids go to place for a variety of good tasting flavors. Recommend Krispy Kreme for your sweet tooth.

The donuts can’t be beat, but the customer service has been declining harshly over the past 2-3 years. We were told at the drive thru to drive to the window or come inside. We were then given soft drinks that were only carbonation and no syrup. The check out girl rolled her eyes and got us a new drink reluctantly.

Went to drive through asked for 1 dozen to be put into 2 half dozen boxes. I was told that the order was not something they do and I would have to come inside for them to put 6 donuts into two boxes. Literally waited for 45mins for this transaction. Putting 12 donuts into two box’s 6 each shouldn’t be complicated. That or the lady could’ve just gave ne the two boxes out of the dozen box and I would have done it myself pure laziness.

This place has really fallen off. Cleanliness is nonexistent. All tables were dirty, had to get napkins and hand sanitizer to clean them ourselves. Trash everywhere with employees hanging out in the parking lot and even rolling out dough on the front counter and a table. Sure hope they didn’t cook the giant dough balls. Product selection is minimal with most trays empty and unavailable. Won’t be back to this location.

Donuts were great. Service was ok…they had three people in front that didn’t seem to help anyone for a bit. The pickup orders were not altogether. Person that helped me was pleasant and efficient the cashier was surly

If you don’t like donuts, we can’t be friends. Love it there. Donuts are great whether they are hot or not. Of course I’ve hardly ever been there when the hot sign is on

Drove an hour and thirty minutes to this restaurant. Said opened until 10:00pm. Got there at 8:50pm and a person walked fast to the door and locked it so we couldn’t get in. There was a total of 6 cars pulled in within 20 minutes of them locking the doors. The person with the pink banda on her head is the one who locked the doors. We seen at least 6 people in there walking around. And no one to serve the people wanting donuts.

I have visited this Huntsville Krispy Kreme location many times with great service but I’m very disappointed as of late. The last several times I have went through the drive thru I get home to open my box of doughnuts to find not what I ordered at all. Today I paid almost 17.00 for a dozen of the Ice-cream truck doughnuts to find only 2 kinds when there should have been 4 types with most being plain glazed.

My wife ordered and paid for a dozen assorted donuts online for delivery, they delivered a box of 3 donuts. And now they won’t answer their phone. Be careful they don’t steal your money here
