This location is comically bad. I came twice a week for a semester, and ordered the same drink pretty much every time. I’m pretty sure no one really pays attention or tries, because they were all inconsistent in quality each visit. Hash browns were also stale and cold.

This review is for google maps, not the restaurant itself per say.
This location should not be navigable as it’s a location not directly accessible from the street, there is no public parking (only permit parking) and is not there for the general public, or visitors to Huntsville in general.
After driving 15 minutes I was greeted with the reality that it just is not a location for the public.
Very disappointed this was not clear before mapping it.

Donuts were a little stale but the coffee was surprisingly good. I got a large iced chai latte with a pumpkin swirl. I will probably not come back since I’m able to get fresh donuts somewhere else for cheaper

Not opened to the public. Drove 5 minutes to find out it’s on UAH campus somewhere I think. Don’t go to this one.

I mean they’re okay, but when they have a long line they tend to rush out orders and mess them up completely. Like I ask/pay for extra sugar and when I get my coffee it’s so bitter and taste as if there is Zero sugars. Sometimes they get it right, but they definitely can do a WHOLE LOT BETTER!!!

Took 13 minutes to complete my order today. I only ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side.
They weren’t that busy, and they didn’t appear to be understaffed either. Other than that, they are usually okay.
update: Ordered an iced coffee with cream. Waited a long time until I finally asked an employee if maybe they some how skipped my order. I was told they had already sent out my order, and that maybe someone took it. Even though I never heard my number called out. Sometimes they would call out the numbers of orders, Sometimes the orders themselves. I saw a few orders that looked similar to mine, but I wasn’t sure if it was mine because I never heard my number. The guy standing in front of me in line picked up a drink that looked like my order, but he didn’t hesitate to pick it up, so I assumed maybe he order the same thing. Also the girl behind the counter was giving me an attitude when I asked about my order. I wish they would only call out the order number to avoid this confusion.

this placed is honestly getting on my frikin nerves. their frozen machine was down for a whole month and they finally got it fixed and then it went down again not too long ago. which is really annoying because i like to try to get the same thing because i really love the frozen caramel mocha coffees but i literally rarely get it anymore. the staff is polite i guess but not very sociable. and they never seem to have ANY apple fritters or coffee roles. i’m really disappointed in where this dunkin is heading.

They put so much of ice so as to minimise the production cost. Typical capitalist mindset. No pride of ownership. Its monopolised the charger union because there is no competition.

OK so this has been happening recently. In the past three orders, this dunkin donuts have been getting my orders completely wrong. Today I ordered a cookies and cream iced coffee with sugar and it has zero sugar and zero flavor. This has been happening a lot more this semester and its frustrating. Instead of rushing through orders and making them completely incorrect, you guys should take your time and please the customers. I work at Cold Stone Creamery, and I make sure I please my customers. You guys have become sloppier over the course of the year and I would appreciate it if you guys start improving yourselves.
