Very bad experience. Apparently the ordering counter was close and ordering was to be done at the pick up counter. The two ladies pictured went about their duties and were satisfied to let me languish at the order counter, seeing me, not acknowledging me and offering no assistance. After a few minutes of being ignored I walked the 3 feet down to the pick up counter and asked if someone was on duty. The kid working the takeout window came and addressed me letting me know they weren’t using the ordering counter. And the coffee was burned.

Good customer service surprising enough good coffee with tater tots are freezer burnt nasty little pucks and the turkey croissant sandwich was really good and you got a large pothole right at the entrance of your drive-thru

Staff is always pleasant. Food is fresh. You will have to wait in line a minute if it is busy time, but well worth the wait. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is delicious.

Ordered online only to arrive at the location and they stated they were only serving coffee. Asked about coffee drinks that were ordered and told they could only serve regular coffee because they had no expresso beans. Then the employee stated the truck was there with product but was not unloaded yet.

Don’t waste your time filling out the survey or asking for a call back because you
won’t receive one. No one there cares, and corporate doesn’t care.

This location is fine. Friendly, clean, good service, like any other location. The one thing I wanted to share is to be careful ordering through the app. It allowed me to order an item the store didn’t actually have at the time. I had already paid & the store cannot do refunds on mobile orders. I was told to go through corporate. Their customer service keeps bankers’ hours, so I sent an email & hope to get my money back next week.

Ordered 3 of the same drinks and all came out differently. I prefer this store and it’s associates, but the lack of consistency is disappointing.

The coffee was great. But we ordered avocado toast and after waiting 10 minutes, I asked for it and they hadn’t made it. Then they told us they don’t have avocado. We did receive a quick refund.
