This place is so ratchet. The staff is so rude, especially Shai. I have dealt with them the bulk of the time I have went and they are always rude. This most recent time – my drink was wrong and nasty. My sandwich was burned but also tasted soggy like it had been microwaved. I threw everything i bought away because it was not edible. I wish Starbucks was here instead.

It was so delicious of course! However, they are severely understaffed and overwhelmed. They forgot to make my drink and I had to go up and ask about it. It took awhile for someone to come to the counter and ask what I needed and then took awhile for them to find someone to make my drink. There were no napkins in the holder and the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper. Normally this would warrant a lower review but they are just overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. They were really doing their best. By all means visit this place! But don’t go there if you’re in a hurry.

Kenny, Jmayah, Sarah are super sweet and the best people I’ve ever met. I’ve never had a better experience at Dunkin until I came to this location. Please make sure they are taken care of. It is hard to find good employees, and they were the best employees/people. Yall were awesome and I will be back. I will make the drive to see them again. Absolutely no wait time. Took care of me immediately with smiles.

The people at this Dunkin’location are the nicest, happiest people I’ve met in Huntsville so far. All the Dunkin’s in Utah closed about two years ago, so when we moved here 18 months later, I was happy to see they had 4 of them relatively close to me. Of the 3 that I’ve been to… This one is the friendliest so far and they do a great job on the coffee! I’ve ordered from here 4 times since moving here (usually make my lattes at home, on my lever espresso machine) and each time has been a great experience AND unlike most other coffee chains (even other Dunkin’s) they have always steamed my milk perfectly! Most other shops scald the milk, which in turn doesn’t taste as good, but also scalds my mouth. This crew has got the temp just right

This is the worse Dunkin’ ! Today I tried again I heard the customer in front of me ask for Boston cream nope all outta that one the next one she picked no sorry all out she says ok double chocolate nope all out at 9 am. Donut shop with no donuts seriously just close it down!

Edit: I dropped the rating because service got so bad that I stopped going here at all. Food was always terrible, coffee full of grinds, and the trans dude with long painted nails and long hair all over the place tells you sanitation is no longer a priority.

Excellent… and talk about clean. Only a minor complaint is that they will serve donuts from the day before very early after open. They’re OK to each, just not as fresh as you’d like. But don’t let that stop you from coming here, it’s a very good place.

I waited 5 minutes in store before employee came Rude employee needs to be fired for yelling at a customer. I returned in kind and she exploded saying, “GET OUT OF MY STORE”.

I love this Dunkin just wish it was open till 8 like the others. BUT its the ONLY Dunkin who more often than not gets my order right, the staff is friendly and helpful.
