Sweet Toast Café Reviews

We came here for breakfast and LOVED everything about Sweet Toast Cafe. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive.
The food was amazing.

We got the Ham Off the Bone, Vegetarian Bowl, and Vegan Pancakes. The pancakes were mindblowing. We will definitely be returning to our new favorite breakfast place.

The service is wonderful with great people. Food is amazing with filling portions and a variety of options. Very happy to see plenty of vegan options as well!

Service is always amazing. They work so hard here! I love the coffee carafe at the table and vanilla creamer at the table. I heard they had many vegan and gluten free options, even vegan pancakes. 15 bucks got me eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, donuts and unlimited coffee!

My family and I eat breakfast & brunch all over western suburbs. My daughter has a dairy allergy so we go to this place at 11am and do not get our food until 12:05 pm. that was my daughters, wife and my food. 10 min later my son’s cinnamon pancakes come out. They sat multiple people after us and they ate there food and left before we got our food. My omelette had multiple shells in it and made my wife’s food wrong twice (veggie crepes). My daughter liked her vegan pancakes but said not worth wait. I talked to male manager about the shells and how long we waited, he said but you got your food. We have a new pancake person and took him long. Mind you I had to ask for the manager 2 times and took him 25 minutes to come out. Spent a $100 between specialty drinks and dozen donuts we ordered… The worst experience I have had in 25 years living in western suburbs….

I came by this place by accident and im glad i did. Classic breakfast was awesome. Pancakes tasted good but the star so far for me is the chicken and waffles. These are the best chicken and waffles outside of the city. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, breaded and fried. The waffle was exactly what you’d want in a waffle. I cant wait to work my way through the rest of the menu.

My breakfast at Juicy O was delightful! To start, the staff here was extremely kind and friendly. Our food came out very quickly, and it was delicious. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was really good, I would recommend. Overall, Juicy O is a great place to come for a breakfast or brunch and I highly recommend coming here!

Egg cochon, WOW! the fried green tomatoe and pulled pork. Dec. 19 I tried the Andy froman skillet- lotsa meat. Tried meat n potatoe eggs benedict. Feb 2020, had the abe Forman omelette again, OMG- sausage, sausage, sausage, ham, so good. Jan 2022 new name, same good food and good service. No free mini doughnts the jalepeno soup is delicious! I tried the rueban sandwich, vgood. Feb 2022 meat lovers skillet tastes good. Pictured is only half of an order. We split the meal. they provide u with a carafe of coffe. Bought the mini doughnts, still taste great

Over priced with rat infestation. Better off spending your money somewhere else. Food is Mid. They also re-use coffee from previous tables and give them to new tables. And will pick food off your plate before sending it out to your table bare handed. I’ve seen what goes on in the back of the house, they’ll wipe down your plate with the same towel they use all day, disregarding if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, there is wide spread contamination. As someone whose worked extensively in food industry and restaurant business this place and apple bees is one of the dirtiest places I’ve worked. llI Say these things because they’re genuine health concerns for people that decide to eat here. Cute on the surface but look and a little closer and you’ll see through the cracks. I recommend Honey Jam Cafe or Buttermilk cafe. More appealing environments and similar price range but definitely worth the money, I hope the truth keeps more people healthy, stay safe. :))

The name and staff are gone! No more free tiny cinnamon donuts. Not sure if the prices have changed. The New staff seem nice. No more cut framed quotes all over the walls. Those were lovely.

The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star review was the eggs were alittle under cooked, and they have Pepsi products where I prefer Coke. Everything else was spot on! Service was great, food was hot, and plenty of it, the price was better than any other place I’ve been.
