Spiced and Iced You know what time it is. It’s August and ‘no’ it’s not too early for a Pumpkin Spiced Iced Latte. Strawberry Frosted Donut was quite the right amount of nice too. Polite staff, great selection, clean store, c’mon now grab the giant D handle and get ready for amazing! ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️ Maple Bacon Breakfast Sandwich is a great option too! 🙂

I am giving 5 stars only because of Lyric! If all the employees were like her, then it would be such a great Dunkin’! I come to this one ALL the time and typically they make my drink wrong and they aren’t very personal or interested in their customers. Lyric greeted me with a smile and was very quick to get to me as soon as she saw me standing at the front. Immediately after I ordered, she prepared my drink herself and it was spot on! She took no time at all and made me feel like she cared about me and my drink. Definitely will come back to see Lyric.

Very stale donuts with limited selection and both coffees were made wrong. Employee working the drive thru did not speak to us at all. Wait time was also about 10-15 mins and we were the only customers in the drive thru. Did the survey on the receipt and corporate emailed me saying the franchise owner would be contacting me within 2 business days but I never heard from the owner.

Worst Dunkin in Omaha. Drove up and was ordering and then all of a sudden the barista stopped talking. Thought the speaker went out and drove up to the window. A worker saw me then walked away. I was super confused, then after a few minutes a different worker came and gave us our order but then made the drinks completely wrong. Wasn’t worth the time to drive around and get it corrected.

Pretty sure they slapped the food together the hash browns were so greasy I could polish the masses with them I asked for a different batch and watched them wait a few minutes and then hand me the same bag again I love Dunkin’ Donuts just not this one ewwww !!!

I’m sure I ordered vanilla with sprinkles and I settled for that. They no longer had the drinks advertised on their drive through menu and was out of almost all donuts. I don’t understand how I ended up with green donuts and they wasn’t free.

Asked for 3/4 different items on the menu didn’t have any of them (no filled donuts, no cold brew, etc). Ordered 2 of the same drinks they came out completely different.

Two weeks in a row now I was told their baker didn’t show up. Hardly any Donuts on the shelves at 8am. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
