Dunkin’ Reviews

Good location with fast service. They have both a convenient walk-in pickup cubby plus the option for curbside. Limited inside & outside seating available.

As an East Coaster it’s really nice to have a Dunkin’ here! The location is really nice and has a great vibe. Upbeat employees but still clearly learning the ropes.

I got the Nitro cold brew, which was great and served from a tap. I also had the Bacon avocado toast – which was okay but not the best. The avocado tasted processed, overly lemon-y, probably wouldn’t recommend.

The donuts are as good as always – if you are a fan you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely worth a stop for the fun mural and San Jose love alone.

I rarely buy donuts but this morning I decided to walk a mile and a half to get Dunkin’ Donuts and treat myself to an Old Fashion. They are supposed to open at 6 AM. I was standing at the door, it was locked, all the while an man stood behind the counter working. I know he saw me but did not acknowledge or motion for me to wait a moment. There is a nice clean family-owned donut shop right across the street. I went there instead. I recommend you do as well.

They always have maple donuts day and night which is the only reason why Dunkin Donuts is amazing!! And the staff is super friendly! I wanted to switch two donuts to the maple after I bought a dozen donuts and one of the workers ended up giving me 2 maple donuts free!

Good coffee nd location but it has really, really bad costumer services. The workers work very slow + they just don’t care about clients. Love dunkin donuts but don’t recommend this place.

My first time here. I was supposed to catch up with a relative but the earth, wind and fire decided otherwise. After driving aimlessly, I saw DD at an intersection. I heard Homer in my ear whisper, “Mmmmm, dohhhh-nuts.” Everything happens for a reason…I was meant to be here. You know what happened next. Thats right: spent money on donuts, breakfast sammiches, and drinky-drinks for the fam-bam. The End.

Coffee wasn’t great for my taste (their winter blend) but nice new location. Clean and good service.

Employees still follow health guidelines for Covid prevention. All employees wear masks among other preventive measures.

The newest location to open from Dunkin’. This location is pretty cool. As you walk in you get to feel the openness of it. High ceilings that dont make you feel like you are in a typical donut shop. What also sets it apart is the cool mural that is blasted on the wall behind the counters. Certainly feels like dunkin’ is showing love to San Jose. I was going to post the pictures of this said masterpiece. I decided not to. Go show love back and enjoy something from their menu, and take in the artwork. It will not disappoint.

This location has a young crew working there. So they are a bit out of tune. Some orders take a bit longer than others. This location did pretty good overall in service. The line was pretty consistent. As for a minute you see one or two customers in line, and then a small wave comes in. This makes the line almost out the door. An excellent stress test they bend, but they did not break.

You can also tell that it is a fresh crew as the drinks taste like they were meant. I ordered the blueberry pomegranate. The taste has made me a fan. I had ordered from another location which the after-taste was medicine like. You’d figure they would have it down since the other location has been running for years. Not the case here. I will be going back for sure.

Donuts are not as good as Supreme (across the street), and the food takes a LONG TIME!

I think the donuts are a 4/10. Edible, but not any kind of a treat. The coffee is AWFUL and the food takes a long time to make (like 15 minutes). Not a place to go if you’re in a hurry or if you want decent food.

Ruth Callahan

horrible service, rude employees and a once a month delivery of coffee makes this location unfriendly. They have been out of decaf coffee or any coffee for about 3 weeks. Staff is slow, not motivated and poorly trained. They had 4 people waiting while the one clerk fulfilled pick up orders and ignored the people in front of her. Bad experience all around.’
