The chocolate munchkins are the worst I’ve gotten at any location. They are routinely stale almost as if they are selling leftovers from the previous day & barely any glaze on them. I know Dunkin is supposed to be less expensive but this is super cheap quality.

You can’t make this stuff up. Let’s just get to the point, it was a horrible experience that makes me question my need for coffee. The amount of unprofessionalism and sheer ignorance had me wishing we were somewhere else! Since when are 25 munchkins 9 bleeping dollars but my caramel macchiato was the kicker! She made the wrong drink and said I’ll just dump the wrong drink into the new drink and add ice. She didn’t even add the ingredients and ruined the experience. I threw it out the moment we got outside it was that bad! It was so bad I enjoyed gas station coffee more!!!!!

This Dunkin’ Donuts in particular is very inconsistent with their coffees. I would say they get the coffee right 2 times out of 10 . It’s not all Dunkin’s because the one on Hamilton Road gets it right every time, maybe the one on high Street needs a more trained staff because every time I go to that Dunkin I don’t know what to expect. I will not be giving them my service anymore

This is the one of the Dunkin donut store in Columbus north side. This is on the 23 and have drive through for a quick coffee. Inside it’s clean and well maintained. They have table to sit and enjoy your coffee. You also get famouy DD donuts. Overall this is good coffee store if you love coffee.

I wanted give 5 star, but reduced one because I was completely socked by rain when we were trying place order through drive through, it is much needed to have shade over drive-through ordering, I noted that to staff as well, please fix it.

We went to Dunkin for the very first time ever. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and 2 of the hash brown rounds. The food was some of the worst we have ever experienced. The bread was just that, bread shaped like a croissant. Dried out on the service and the inside was pale yellow throughout. Soaked with oil of some sort. It dripped when I put pressure on the sandwich. The Lil hash brown rounds were mostly black, literally. The outside of them anyways. I tasted one and it almost made me gag smh. It tasted burnt but also had an odd sweetness. I assume they were fried in the same oil as the donuts and were also just soaked with grease or oil. Had we spent our own money I would have really raised a stink. But it was a gift card so we just left. I’m not trying to be mean but that was our first and last visit to Dunkin. So disappointing.

The experience was rough, the hype was lived up to…”rude employees/bad service”….I felt like I ruined their day…by ordering a donut. You win!, I’ll go to Krispy Kreme next time.

Some employees are good, but few burns the food. Hashbrowns are terrible these days. They regularly do incorrect order. Make sure you check before pulling over.
