I ordered 4 donuts in drive-thru. After i paid, i get handed this full box and no explaination? Im confused and the two working just walk away. I open to find 8 random donuts of types I don’t like. Could you be courteous enough to ask what I want? I litterally felt like i had gotten any respect and the unordered donuts went to waste. Why not at least triple my order or ask if I wanted anything else? You wasted food and frustrated a customer. This is a missed opportunity to let me feel like I was appreciated.

The Dunkin on Bethel Road has a variety of accessibility for people who are disabled. An issue I did find was the entrance for the building is quite small so there could be some issues when it comes to getting a wheelchair in the door, but could definitely be done. The menu is very bright and bold, so it was very easy to read even from a farther distance. The staff was very considerate and I know that if there was some type of issue when reading the menu, they would be able to assist in any way that was needed. The dining room was very accessible and not cluttered, very clean. The restrooms were also very spacious and accessible for everyone! Overall a really great experience.

Found a live fly in our iced coffee this morning. This is the second time this has happened to an iced coffee of ours. This is disgusting and I am highly disappointed. I have contacted customer service. Do better dunkin !!!!!

By far my worst Dunkin experience. I got the avocado toast with a side of hashbrowns & both the toast and hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp. The toast is pictured below. It was black and rock hard. I love Dunkin, but am very disappointed with my experience this morning.

Awful. They don’t even know what the company is promoting. Ordered the cold Cake Batter Latte. Proceeded to get just a regular closed lid frozen latte with no fixings even though the sticker. The problem is they made me a regular latte with cake batter swirl. Huh? That’s not what I ordered. Then I asked if it’s supposed to come with whip cream and sprinkles and they retake the wrong thing they made me and poured it into a another cup and added whipped cream and chocolate. Then I ask where I he sprinkles are and they tell me they don’t have sprinkles? Uh what? Finally I just asked for a refund. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I give up on this location they always get something wrong.

I waited literally 11 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged by any of the 3 employees that walked by me behind the counter. I finally asked if they were doing take out orders thinking maybe the dining room was closed but someone left it unlocked. I got told “we’re busy” by a young man there and he walked away.

I saw the drive thru line was quite long when I pulled up, I know good help is hard to find, especially in food service and I’m usually pretty understanding and patient. That’s why I waited 11 minutes before even saying anything. But waiting that long without being acknowledged and then given the short answer attitude isn’t acceptable.

Horrible customer service! I went several months ago and had a bad experience at the drive thru. I decided 6 months later to try again. (Thinking… maybe it was a fluke before) Nope!!
I pull up to the window.
The server: Answered, Yes? What happened to “How May I help you”?
I proceed with my order
The server says, PULL around!
I get to the window, not a word spoken – just a stare.
I clearly READ my total by the digital display on the window.
I’m immediately annoyed but desperate for the order that I’ve craved so I proceed with payment.
Server hands me the order along with my change and still yet to open his mouth with a greeting, a thank you or any type of verbiage.
I get home and my order is horrible. So now, I’m annoyed, frustrated, disgusted and still craving my order that is now TRASH! Never again. Never!

They were making medium drinks and putting them in large cups with extra ice. After 8 mins they realized they never gave me my drink and they tried to hand me an iced coffee that was pure milk white and not full. I should not have to question if there is coffee in my iced coffee. They made me a new one but the quality at this location has gone down hill, and it’s the closest to me out in the Hilliard/Dublin area. Also the hashbrowns were ice cold. I understand staffing shortages but slow down and get orders correct.

I was excited to see they are finally using DoorDash, but I ordered the Iced Nutty Pumpkin and they gave me plain black iced coffee. I was really looking forward to it too! Then they got 2 out of my 4 donuts wrong. I could see a mess up here and there, but they got more than half of my order wrong! Also, a few times I’ve gone to the drive thru overtime, I had a few rude employees I’ve dealt with. I should’ve known not to order from here.

This dunkin is hit or miss. The new drive thru lady is extremely rude and talks over everything you say when you’re ordering, and always gets the order wrong. She doesn’t know how to turn her headset off when talking to people at the window vs at the speaker. They gave us the wrong donut last week and the iced coffee was 90% ice and 10% the wrong coffee. They used to be really good. Depends which staff is there
