Typically you place mobile orders because you’re in a hurry… This morning after pulling up to the window to grab my coffee I got to listen to what seemed like a manager scold an employee for not giving a customer their change, as the employee is getting in trouble she is laughing in the managers face while my coffee is sitting there getting cold. She didn’t even really acknowledge me, she handed me my coffee and when I asked for a straw she kind of just threw it at me. This place might be under new management, but maybe consider replacing your current employees.

Rude service, sea creature ice cream covered in peanuts & looks nothing like advertised. Had no idea it even had peanuts. No vanilla ice cream available. No hot fudge available. Wanted a hot latte, got a cold latte. Tried to give me an old donut but I asked for a new one & got my bag snatched & the window slammed in my face. Waste of a trip & $12. Won’t be back.

We went to get ice-cream (Baskin & Robbins) – but this place is not well maintained. It was a bit dirty, we had to wait to wait several minutes for the guy to help us – and he had a “don’t care” attitude. They were also running out of tasting spoons, and even for the regular spoon they had to kinda searched for it. It really seemed to me that the management of this place just don’t care anymore.

This is unacceptable, how is there no one in the line but I’m waiting for so long just to not have anyone take my order, how is it acceptable to give me random food when you forgot what my actual order was? You take my money hand me a receipt and then take years to give me my food and when you do it’s not what I asked for. Workers are absolutely rude and have no patience. Shut it down

Horrible service. One of the workers didn’t even know what they were doing. They kept interrupting me and didn’t even let me finish my order and they got my order wrong. They do not know what they’re doing at all.

Literally disgusted.. there’s a hair inside of the glaze, not only are they rude there unsanitary races and literally not following one guideLine dunkin has! I highly suggest going to a different one they should Literally shut this place down at this Point

Has to be the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Dunkin. We ordered two of the sea creature treats for the kids, and a large iced caramel latte. The lady taking our order messed up the coffee 3 times, and then didn’t give us a chance to order more things before telling us the total. We got to the window and were asked to pull forward, which wasn’t an issue. We parked and waited someone came out and had to ask what flavor of ice cream because the lady taking ordered couldn’t be bothered to ask. She then went back inside and brought the ice cream out. We had to tell her we ordered drinks, and she brought them out. Of course it was the wrong thing, I just gave up and left. I looked at the sticker once leaving and of course she gave us the wrong order. Worst experience ever had with a Dunkin. Wouldn’t go back to this location.

Don’t get anything frozen! Coffee, milkshakes, cappuccino blasts, anything frozen. EVERY time I do, it’s either half frozen and half liquid or it’s completely liquid. If I wanted chocolate milk, I would have ordered chocolate milk.

If you google the hours for Baskin Robbins it says they’re open until 9. But they close their ice cream section 30 minutes prior. Google doesn’t say that. And instead of just selling you the ice cream since you’ve made the trip, they’ll turn you away even though they are “open.” The donuts were fresh but the ice cream (I had to come back another day for it) not so much. It’s too bad that Baskin Robbins is lumped in with Dunkin’ Donuts. Clearly Dunkin is their focus. I would think Baskin Robbins would do better by themselves. If I didn’t have a Baskin-Robbins gift card, I would’ve not gone back.

Went there a couple days ago for ice cream, was completely ignored by workers for 20 minutes as they all pretended to act busy. Ended up leaving with nothing, don’t come here unless you want them to take forever and be ignored.
