The drive-thru experience is great, the customer service is also respectful and polite. The screen is well-lit and digital. They give you time to look at the menu then take the order. The food has always been delicious, and the refreshers are amazing on a hot day! I also had the opportunity to walk in- the place is clean and there are restrooms. There is a mobile order pickup near the cashiers, and a selection of bakery items and donuts. The manager was helpful and patient with our orders. Overall wonderful place! It does get busy during peak hours (breakfast, lunch) but in between those times (like 1pm on a Saturday) it is slow.

I will not be coming back at all. The customer service is poor and my drink had a bug in it. Unlike Starbucks, who greet you upon driving up to the window/repeat your order and total cost before accepting payment- this location doesn’t greet you, nor do they double check your order or inform you of the total- in fact all they do is stick out their hands for your money. Starbucks will ask you how you are while you wait for your order. This Dunkin has no sense of customer service. And on top of that my drink had a bug in it. See picture. You can’t pay me to come back.


This is such a great place! I love coming here for the food and drinks. Definitely try their refreshers. I always like their avocado toast here as well. The drive through is very convenient. I’d recommend downloading their Dunkin app so you can get points with every purchase. (You’ll get a free drink with points)

I went inside to order and had a fantastic experience with excellent, attentive customer service. I see that some have had a rough experience in the drive-thru, which I have not used at this location. However, going inside to order was awesome! I highly recommend!

We our local Grandview Dunkin’! The staff are always smiling, helpful and friendly and they go the extra step of remembering you! Their prices are SO competitive and all the iced coffee drinks we’ve tried are DELICIOUS! The new pesto grilled cheese and hummus toasts are scrumptious too!

Geesh. Not a great experience. The order was incorrect twice, nobody seems to have their responsibilities in order, frantically running around in an attempt to get things done but then they just totally drop the ball on service. Several employees were arguing about who made our drinks incorrectly right in front of us and passing the blame, including the guy that DID make our drinks incorrectly and took no ownership. After 3 attempts, we finally got our order. By this time the dining room had filled up with other unhappy guests whose drive-thru orders were incorrect. Not good…not good at all.

I have gone to this location 3 times, hoping it would be better than the last time. Every time I’m proven wrong. First they use granulated sugar in ice coffee, you’re supposed to use liquid sugar because granulated doesn’t dissolve in iced drinks. I asked for a caramel frozen coffee, i got a hazelnut frozen coffee. I’ve asked for expresso in my coffee, i got a coffee with cream and sugar. I’ve worked at Dunkin for over 2 years, it’s not that hard they just don’t pay attention.

I would give zero stars if I could, these rude people hastily took my order without a greeting or any pleasantries. Then gave me an incorrect drink with a broken cup that leaked all over my car and no receipt so that I could return for a refund. Visiting that location was truly one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had.

I’ve been coming to this location every day before work (around 10:45am) since they opened! the staff here is lovely and kind. usually only takes a couple minutes to get through the drive thru and omw. thank yall for helping me start my days off right!
