Drive thru was closed, so I was already irritated at not being able to get my coffee quickly. So, I went inside. There, i was greeted by Ethan with the biggest smile, and just ready to brighten up someone’s day. My day was not going good, but his bubbly attitude made my day! Thanks Ethan .

I loved this place. Congratulations to the site and management. I travel a lot and stop in Dunkin’ donuts sites. All sites are not this good. I know of what I speak. The staff was professional, friendly with quick service. The food ordered was fresh and the donuts were sooo good. My cousin and I loved the service and food so much, we went there several times while we were visiting family in the area.

The coffee is great at this dunkin as well as the service. There was a line a that drive in and it was gone in less then 3 minutes. Fast and friendly service!

Favorite Dunklin location in the DeWitt/East Syracuse area. Much better than the one on Bridge Street. Ethan is honestly the best Dunkin employee I’ve dealt with, and he’s always there!! I pick this Dunkin over the others all day every day.

I never leave reviews but I had a bad experience. First they got my drink wrong so I went in to ask for a new one. They were condescending and rude about it but agreed to make my drink again. They then ignored tickets coming through and were talking with half finished drinks behind them. The food was good though!

It pretty Typical. I love Dunkin’ coffee. But you have to make sure you explain carefully how you want your food or coffee. They will screw up the simplest of orders.

The food was fine, Dunkin quality. However, the service was horrible. We were in a line (3 cars and no one inside) for 30 minutes. Once it became our turn to order, I decided to go inside because there was no one in there and there were still 2 cars ahead of us. It still took 18 minutes to get our food. There were 2 people working and they were so SLLLLOOOOW!! They were nice, just extremely slow. I’ll never return to this location.
