I used to frequent this location and regularly spent $40 a week here and I’d like to give it 0 stars, for the record. The employees are terrible to say the least. They don’t care to make your pricey coffee correctly and they are SLOPPY. In my honest opinion they get paid too much to give such poor service and not know what they are doing, or care. This location is HORRIBLE and proved it today with whatever was at the bottom of cup! I’m beyond DISGUSTED! This warranted a review- because just don’t come here honestly, you’d be wasting your time and money. Do better Dunkin’

This used to be my favorite Dunkin. Whrn I visited at 715AM, the chairs were still upside down on the tables. At the counter where I waited for my order, I noticed the back of one of the machines with coffee beans strewn all over the back of the machine and the counter. Unfortunately, having ordered a hot sandwich, with butter- there were no napkins. When I did take a stool down from the counter, the counter needed to be wiped down.

Not the staff’s fault but they were under staffed and out if everything. Even napkins. 11 am on a Saturday. You would think they would be better prepared.

Ordered mobile pick up before work, arrived to get the order, and both lobby doors were locked @ 7:05 am. I did not have time to sit in the drive thru, hence why I ordered ahead. I could see my order sitting on the counter but had no way to get it. This is one of the worst dunkins in the area.

To order, we had to wait for 15 minutes on the line. After we ordered, half of the order served and half took 45 minutes to make and that too after four times reminded them that we did not get our food. Very poor service I did not expect.

Staff has always been attentive and polite. Service is good. They are usually really busy too. I’d like a wider selection of gift cards tho. I buy them for my business as Give-a-ways. Thank you.

Ordered mobile order for walk in. Got to restaurant and lobby doors were locked, no signs saying why. Had to wait in long line. Then got to drive through board and told them we had mobile order and they only had 1 drink, when the placed order was for 2. As the guy we were communicating with was looking, a female came over the speaker and obviously yelled at us to pull up. Always awful customer service at this location!!!!
