This place is suppose to close at 9pm went there tonight at 840 and the crew ignored me at the screen an employee was smoking at the back door went to pull up and he threw his cigarette and ran inside. I go there about every morning but I think they lost my business for good after this. This is the 5th time in a month.

Picked up a dozen donuts for my auto mechanic and staff. They actually were able to finish my repair on my vehicle le in two days rather than the 2 week waiting period. If you want an awesome mechanic, Autotech of Syracuse. They are usually booked out for 2 weeks.

I use to enjoy going to this particular DD but I have to tell you, this was the absolutely worst service I’ve ever had to endure from a bunch of females so much into their conversations that they could care less about the customer. They were rude, completely unprofessional and just down right nasty. They were careless in everything they’ve done. They were gossiping so loud they I had to hit the window hard enough to get their attention and at that point they made mentioned they should call security, which I’ve would have loved if they did. And in that way the manager, supervisor or whomever is over them would have gotten involved.

As a paying customer, I should be able to get services without attitudes. Not to mention, they got my drink wrong, which I found out later, because I’d asked for almond milk, which I did not get. I asked for something else, they gave me something other, and they gave me attitude along with it.

I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, but not these females. They really need to get trained again on how to treat people. The time was approximately 1:45PM, March 28th. I will NEVER return to this store. And I would advise other people who have experience this type of behavior to speak up

What can I say? It’s Dunkin. Straight out of Quincy Mass. I’ve got a soft spot. Just two complaints: 1.) the manager “Randy” at the Almond Street location. He’s not there anymore and for all our sakes, I just pray they didn’t transfer him to another location, but instead threw that incompetent, abusive coward out! And 2.) Why don’t they have the butternut donut up here in central NY?!! It’s a Dunkin do-not! An unfair exclusion! It’s the first donut to sell out EVERY DAY in Boston. C’mon bring them up here!

This place is horrible, if I could give no stars I would. They will not answer your call when you try calling them. Last night they gave my husband iced milk instead of iced coffee. Just look at the picture and look on the sticker what was ordered.
