I come here because it’s close and convenient but the coffee and order accuracy is touch and go. That said, MOST of the cashier’s at the drive-thru window are welcoming and very pleasant. There are a couple “bad eggs” though.

I usually I have good experience with the works there, Today wasn’t Good at all. I got into it with a worker because she messed up my order and then try to unsure me it correct, NOPE!!!! That wasn’t the case … Thankful for her coworker stepping in and fixing the problem. Common Sense goes a long way

I’ll give a 3 star only because I ate there yesterday and the food and hot chocolate was perfect…. Tonight though really had me disappointed! Just a bit disappointed that I drive up to the drive thru and it says they’re closed. I look up the hours and they don’t close until 9. It wasn’t even 8:30 yet, which the website says is when delivery ends….If your hours are changed due to COVID please update so others don’t have this inconvenience.
Anyways… Burger Kings Oreo Shake was delicious! Thanks Burger King!

all of our food was disappointing…the line in destiny usa’s dunkin is worth the wait. DONT GO HERE my bagel minis were empty and burned. the hashbrowns mushy and cold.

My only issue at this Dunkin Donuts is I have ordered on the go, not knowing that it’s drive thru only & then I am unable to walk in & pick up my order.

This Dunkin has gone down hill. I thought I would give them another try today and ordered an extra large coffee. I could only drink half of the coffee since the other half was nothing but coffee grounds in my drink. Either whomever is making the coffee doesn’t have a clue on how to put a coffee filter in or they are reusing the one before just putting new coffee in. $3.39 for a cup of coffee is high enough but I refuse to pay for half coffee and half grounds absolutely disgusting!

This is a diamond in the the rough ! I was greeted immediately on entering. Even though they were busy my drink and food were made fast and to the gentleman that was singing keep on singin ! It’s great to walk in to such a positive environment . Also extremely well maintained and clean .

Staff is great. Go here if you like spending too much money on mediocre food and weak coffee. XL hot, 3 and 3. Seems so simple and yet, never made the same way.

Long, slow lines for the drive thru and most of all…they open and close whenever they want to. Consistency is not their forte.
