I love 2 of the employees here, but this location on Brighton Ave is slow as can be. I used to go almost every day between 6-7 am till I finally got so tired of waiting. Ordered on the app, 4 cars in front of me and it took 14 min. At least 3 min sitting at the window. My fav employee was running around while the other 3 watched.

Worst Dunkin donuts experience! I ordered 3 frozen drinks and a donut. I pull up to the drive thru and pay for my order. After taking my payment, I’m told we have no coffee base to make your drink. Why let me place the order and pay for it? Especially, if you can’t accommodate my order. So, I ask for a refund on the drinks. They claim to have refunded the amount of drinks. I only got refunded 5 dollars once the refund amount appeared on my bank statement. I called the Dunkin donut location several times for assistance. No one answers the phone. They have no voicemail set up to leave a message. I’m so disgusted by their customer service, and I got robbed of my refund amount!!!!!!

So if I could give this location no stars I would I have been here 3 times and have never gotten what I ordered. I ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts and they gave me cream filled chocolate frosted. I have ordered hot signature pumpkin Latta at least 4 times and they have been wrong every time.

Workers are busy working their buts off so if the line gets unorganized say something, food and drinks are always made great at this location. If you have a large order go inside as to not slow down their drive through

If I could give 0 stars I’d do that.. I ordered a big order yesterday to be picked up this morning. They said they are not able to fulfill my order with reason being “our bakery didn’t pull” whatever that means – the worst possible customer service. Never go to this location

Did a mobile order for walk in, the staff was friendly and explained that they were short staffed but made it happen pretty quickly. Gotta love the labor shortage. It’s my local Dunkin.

Ordered an iced coffee with 3 French vanilla swirl, 3 sugar and less ice. I get this every time I go to Dunkin’ but this was the first time I tried this Dunkin’. If there was any French vanilla swirls in it, it would be white or creamy not like this. On top of that I ordered 6 donuts 2 Boston Creme, one strawberry frosted, 2 Glazed and a glazed Blueberry. The glazed donuts were not even glazed. The blueberry glazed was just a regular donut with strawberry frosting. Horrible service. Never ordering from here again. They could have said sorry we don’t have blueberry glazed then just throwing in a donut and putting strawberry frosting on it to make up for it. Or at least glazed the glazed donuts.

Drank more than half of my iced coffee before I realized there were ants floating in it. Absolutely disgusting! Not going to dunkin anymore. Just think about this, if only 4 ants ended up in my drink, how many are there just hanging out there? How many are crawling through the doughnuts and syrups?

How difficult is it to put a cover correctly on a cup of coffee? How difficult is it to get an order right, extra large coffee, 5 creams 5 sugars on the side? Perhaps this dingbat of a woman should get an easier job, like sitting on the couch and watching TV. The dimwit looked annoyed when I asked where my cream and sugar were. The cup of coffee spilled inside my car due to the cover not being put on all the way! Ugh.

Literally the worst dunkin I have ever been to, service is slow, they make customers wait for 5+ mins before they even take their orders, most of the time they say “we cant make hot food” or ” we dont have this product” even when its a brand new menu item, and when you pick something else off the menu they tell you “itll be a little bit,” which basically sounds like them saying i dont feel like making this for you. Also how do take someones coffee order and repeat it back correctly and then we ask for the same thing but in a different size and they both end up wrong? Very displeased with this location within the last 2 yrs! when i first moved out here it was never like this
