Did somebody say free? Well this location didn’t! They advertised free coffees on their cups and didn’t honor their offer. I bought one for me niece and myself and it came to $10! We also asked for extra cool whip and do you see any? Neither do we. I can’t say I’m impressed with service we received here. Don’t count me as a customer.
As someone who is not a fan of coffee, the new Dunkin brown sugar cinnamon latte with brown sugar cold foam is actually so good! I give it a solid 8.9/10! Also, Annie who was the one making my drink was really sweet:)
Love the custard donuts, and strawberry icing donuts. Love the price. And good service. Good mocha cappuccino blast, yum. Husband and I both enjoyed it. The first iced coffee I liked.
The coffee is literally just water not good quality at all honestly change your recipe. Even though it was free on coffee day definitely not going to drink this trash
The girl was very nice though they were out of all the little donuts and she gave me the big ones she also was sweet owners need to change the recipe of the drink.
This location has made me never want to buy Dunkin’ coffee again. You can tell the coffee has been watered down so it tastes like literal dirt, every single time without fail. Employee are not very friendly when you call them out on the neglect of the coffee. There is no efforts or care to satisfy customers order correctly. It is ultimately a waste of time and money.
Disgusting and unprofessional. I went to this store on 06/22 and didn’t noticed that there’s a bug INSIDE an ice after I drank the whole thing. I privately emailed Dunkin’s customer service and received an email back 06/23 and was told the franchisee or a store representative would reach out to me within 2 business days. It’s been almost 2 weeks since the incident happened and I have NOT heard from anyone. I hope this branch’s sanitation protocol be reviewed and take proper actions for this incident not to happen again.
Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. One of them was a large unsweet green tea no ice and they refused to fill it up since I requested no ice. Really?? Will never return!!
Ten minutes before they closed, a simple coffee order could not be done. I don’t see any mocha in this at all (there wasn’t any) and it tasted like watered down milk. Please work on training your employees to care just a little bit more. I am alright with dunkin as a company and know they are different per location. This was just slightly disappointing since two other shops were closed that I stopped at and just really needed a coffee.
It’s been a month I’ve been contacting this location regarding a refund. I have called customer service several times. Correct this.
Edit been several months. They refused to refund me even though corporate said they would. Your company is trash and so is your manager.
Dunkin’s new Charli Cold Foam with oat milk. The space between the top of the drink is at least 4”. There was no foam. I didn’t taste cinnamon, but i did see a tiny bit sprinkled on top. Waste of money. I hardly ever buy “gourmet” coffee, because it’s all overpriced, but this made me especially irritated because it wasn’t even a full cup. The order taker also did not know that “dairy” is milk. Do better, Dunkin.
